  1. I wonder if Blaine will realize Natalie is not dead and try to get Major to release her to be thawed and resume servicing his clients, causing conflict between them.
  2. I never watched this show while it was airing, but I always look forward to these Mute Point posts. :)
  3. I haven't watched the episode yet, so please forgive me if this is answered, but... are they serving the same menu for lunch and dinner or changing it up?
  4. Gah, Major. I do hope that leaving the dog on the bus brought more attention to him and got the police involved, ensuring he got back to his family quicker than had he been dropped off at the shelter.
  5. I'll give them kudos for levitating a fountain pen, but that sure looks exactly like a Pilot Metropolitan (from, like, the last 5 years) and not a vintage pen!
  6. I bet he struggled to adapt his yummy food to his instructors' baffling palates!
  7. One thing I really like about Wesley, and this happened in an earlier episode too, is that when his food is bad, he knows it, and he makes no lame excuses about it. So I respect him for that, and am bummed to see him go. Angelina, however, is a welcome departure. I wonder if the plating issue was that she still had the tacos on something she had used in their preparation, whereas Philip had moved his snot onto a rock, and therefore it could be construed as plating? Speaking of Philip, at the beginning of the season he was bragging about having won Chopped and Guy's Grocery Games. Probably, a part of him is honestly flabbergasted that he's not winning this time.
  8. I don't remember meeting DA Baracus before, but only now do I get the joke. Duhr!
  9. I get that Alicia has a right to be mad, and that she could've been with will basically a year sooner than their fling, but I don't get why she's a raging, plate-throwing fury at Eli when it was her decision to cut things off with Will when it was distracting her from her kids. Is it, perhaps, that he never admitted later that he loved her, and so she didn't take it seriously, when she really *could* have embarked on a new life had she known?
  10. Wow, that Richard Greico-y dude is Titus Welliver!
  11. Yep and he and Jemma referred to certain ones by certain names, as if they had different capabilities.
  12. Maybe this is common knowledge, but is that courtyard with the fountain and the stairs the same one where some Buffy scenes were filmed?
  13. I had never heard the name before, but apparently there was a movie character by this name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hundra Maybe she was named after that.
  14. I have just started watching this series, courtesy of Amazon Prime, so am only a little ahead of you! Alan Cumming truly is the best, and I love Diane's new relationship. I especially love that although he doesn't share her opinions, he never lectures her about his own or tries to change her. (At least, not so far!)
  15. A few points: 1) I'm pretty sure that was Daran Norris voicing the devil. 2) I was totally fooled by both hallucinations. Nicely done, show! 3) I really liked how they showed that Blaine had indeed killed the astronaut without spelling it out. 4) Man, what on Earth could season 2 be? I mean, I suppose we are not going to get a cure, but I am really worried what that means for Ravi. And I don't think Blaine should die yet, because there isn't any good candidate to take his villainous place. (I mean, the Max Rager CEO guy exists, but meh.) But yet, I don't want it to feel wrong that they *don't* attempt to deal with Blaine, y'know? 5) Count me in amongst those who totally had Camelot Hotel thoughts!
  16. I actually bought the S1 DVDs a few years ago and only got about 7-8 episodes in before drifting away. I've recently restarted the series through Amazon, and am really enjoying it in general, though I totally agree that the political/Peter/Childs stuff is not terribly interesting.
  17. I love the idea that new-and-improved Luisa is really Rose! I also wanted to note that I really liked Gabrielle! Now I want her to be involved again somehow. The babynapping plot doesn't thrill me, but hopefully Nadine will be able to lead them to Mateo before too long. What could Rose want from Rafael? I do think those recovery suites got mentioned for a reason. All along with Petra's plot, I kept thinking maybe Rafael drafted Scott to make Petra think his health was in jeopardy again so she'd take pity on him. Way off base!
  18. From the visual effects, I couldn't tell... did Michael actually send that message to Andie or did he delete it? It didn't stay on screen long like the clearly sent ones do, but then again, she didn't reply that we saw, so...
  19. I was thinking that Fitz realized that she was scanning it in preparation of, like, 3D-printing a replica. And that little tossing-the-cube maneuver he did while confronting her, maybe that was to confirm the "we're switching these, right?" plan. I like the notion that Simmons planted it after his pack had already been searched. Too bad she mis-spelled prosciutto.
  20. This is a minor quibble, given everything else that's amiss with the end of Season 6, but it always really bothered me that Xander was duped into believing that old guy was his future self when DUDE'S EYES AREN'T EVEN BROWN!
