So sorry about the cardiologist, @sixlets. Hopefully he has better evaluating skills than bedside manner. If he doesn’t do better when you come back, you definitely should ask for another doctor. Bet it won’t be the first time if this is his normal patient interaction mode. I am glad he ordered the test you wanted and hope the result comes out well.

My weather story. Our forced air heater broke last Tuesday and has to be replaced. It will hopefully be replaced this Tuesday. Meanwhile, it has been some of the coldest nights in Southern California (mid-forties). I know, I have absolutely NO reason to complain compared to what the rest of you have dealt with in other parts of the country. So, we are wearing three or more layers and keeping our tiny space heaters near us whichever room we are hanging in. So grateful for those mighty heaters! However, today has finally been warmer, and tomorrow, completely normal for Southern Cal, it will be 80 degrees. I am all ready to complain about the heat! I find I have absolutely no tolerance for cold OR heat anymore. I’m such a pain. LOL

I needed to learn what “fiduciary” meant, so thank you!

Oh, @sixlets, I am so sorry. It is so hard to do anything when in pain. I really hope you find a way to get your medication, or a substitute as GeeGolly suggested. Sending you healing hugs.

One of the programs I was watching showed the curlers use special shoes so they won’t skip and fall.

I love all the ice skating and also some of the snowboard and ski competitions. I’m so glad they are having the Olympics for all the athletes that have worked so hard for so many years.
