Was puzzled by the chefs response to this challenge. All I was thinking of besides the side-o-beef would have been turkey drumsticks like at renaissance fairs...but that brings up why they send the chefs to a grocery store (albeit Whole Foods) to get food to feed 200! Why don't they send them to a restaurant supplier when they have to cook for so many? They probably could have gotten a better price and larger cuts in such a store...
