Hope literally lights up around Thomas, I assume that’s how the actress chooses to play it. Thomas also seemed more engaged vs background. Thomas told her divorce papers or not she can still put her family together. I know Thomas is persona non grata but I truly enjoyed Hope and Thomas today. Really wish they hadn't made him into a pyscho when he first returned. Loved the intimacy and conversation and general comfort level, they were in their own little world. I also totally got what Hope was saying and I think she is in-love with Thomas. He is now the best version of himself and it worked.

This is very polarizing true. I think Thomas and Hope have more fan support than previously realized especially since MA took over the role. Hope has gained fans I think, I know I much prefer this version of Hope. Hope isn’t as moral as they make her out to be, I know she had Liam first but she actively pursued a married Liam on multiple occasions and told Liam his baby with Steffy dying was a blessing. I never bought Ms morality. I mean Beth and Kelly could almost be twins. Then again let me not rehash history. Thomas has done some ( some? What am I saying)..a LOT of fuckshit, but MA makes me a fan and if he’s really changed I’m okay with him getting the girl. I mean Ridge raped Brooke and he’s still her destineeeee. Agree, I don't see why the Liam/Hope conversation needed three episodes. Literally today was all about him getting her to admit she kissed Thomas and tomorrow we will have begging Hope. After the Liam/Steffy kiss comes out I would love a scene where Hope lets loose on Liam for the YEARS of crap he has put her through, keeping Steffy in their lives and constant cheating. Brooke told Hope that Liam is her destiny when she was 18 years old but Hope has outgrown Liam but thinks she should be with him. Maybe Thomas isn't the one (and I love Thope) but it sure as heck ain't Liam the whiny man-child. Lope is done, stick a fork in it...time to move on..

The Thomas/Hope/Liam situation has never been a triangle because Hope was never interested in Thomas. He was never a viable option so this is something different. I think MA is a very attractive guy..but I am LOL'ing at the villainous face/beady eyes and I appreciate facial hair on men. The facial hair probably also contributes to the overall aesthetic of "villain"..as said above, reminds me of Jafar from Aladdin. Finn while boring has those chiseled good looks and is clean cut. I so agree with everything here !! Sad to hear the actors are getting real life bashing over a story. That’s terrible Agree about Thomas, in real life clearly this is an issue, in soap world I don’t see his deeds as unforgivable. I always tend to gravitate towards flawed characters anyway, they’re way more interesting especially when played by a good actor. I also will never understand why they would write a legacy characters kid as doing evil deeds. Thomas can be an anti-hero but they’ve made him a straight villain with the obsession story. I think he has changed and isn’t manipulating anything right now. I’m liking nuThomas and hope he stays but maintains some of his edge, I.e be willing to get his hands dirty if necessary. I would love a nuanced story on what Hope has repressed all these years but I doubt we will get that. I read that Brooke told her she had to forgive Liam for his last infidelity- that must get tired after a while. I never understood why Brooke wants her precious daughter with a waffler. I’m not saying she should want Hope with Thomas just not with Liam. Hope NEEDS a hot girl summer 😂
