  1. I'm pretty sure earlier in the season when Katie was ranting over Skype to his into history students, she yelled "Go Cardinals!" So I'm thinking he teaches at Wesleyan.
  2. I took this as Kody knows that Annie is no longer a champion of polygamy and when she sees just how terribly he treats her daughter, she's going to start working the "it wasn't easy to leave, but my life is 1000x better" angle. What I really got a kick out of, was Kody saying in his TH that Christine's request for an apology was "very reasonable" only to follow that up with "but it's not reasonable for me". Because the only thing that is reasonable for Kody is that he gets whatever he wants and doesn't have to respect his wive's wishes. Except for Meri, give that woman a wet bar!
  3. I really thought that Jay and Fabio's couple looked like toddlers going on a play date rather than grown adults going on a date-date. The colors and the cuts were just so childish. Ugh. Also, Helen's model looked like she forgot to take off her silky robe before going out in a sexy skin tight dress. Gross. Sam: if you are designing around boobs, please don't make something flowy and short. All that means is that anyone below you gets a great view. I am speaking from experience here. I think she could have very easily given the girl a tight crop top and a higher a-line skirt a la Taylor Swift and nailed it. A tiny little sliver of midriff is really all this girl needed.
  4. My problem with the whole "helping his brother" deal was that Brady never explained why it would be so great to his wives (unless I missed that?). It was just "I want to do it and I'm doing it - and Nonie is, too. Oh, and also, if I want to go out of town on business, I will." I thought it was weird that the wives put something they knew Brady would hate in the date jar, but I guess this was their chance to pick something that THEY wanted to do, rather than Brady (and something TLC could film). That is a good point, I didn't take into consideration the fact that she lost her mind over a bill las season (although I am still slightly convinced that Paulie was poking sensitive spots on purpose)!
  5. I was getting some serious creep vibes from Brady while he was washing the dishes and telling his wives that he could do what he wanted and he didn't need their opinions. He's a patronizing a-hole, and it was most noticeable in those few minutes. I was a little surprised with Rhonda's reply to Nonie asking for help with the business. "I'd probably mess it up". Um, you could at least try, you quit your job - potty training only takes up so much time in the day. Also, did anyone notice Rosie's passive aggressive attempt to tell Nonie about Tallie and the tomato? It seemed like one of those "I have a funny story to tell you, but it's not really funny, and your kid is being a brat" type of stories.
  6. I am the type that needs the tv in the background to sleep, so I understand that aspect of it (although my partner hates it, so when the lights are out and we are rolling over to our own sides of the bed, I pop some headphones in). However, the fact that all of the wives feel like he is spending so much time on his different devices, is absurd. This woman gets to be intimate with you 5 times a MONTH, put the damn iPad down! I would bet that he spends a lot more time with his laptop on Rosie's night than he does on Paulie's night.
  7. She said 25. I think he was talking about the church and the whole "the more kids you have the better wife you are", populating your husband's planet and all.
  8. My only theory is that since Rosemary's father is now AUB President, he was letting them stay in their homes until they found somewhere else. However, now that Rosie has gone to the media about sexual abuse as a child (article here) I am guessing their eviction notice will be coming pretty soon.
  9. According to The Principle (F-LDS): Rod's 2nd wife left him for another woman - not something he could really "fight against", right? Stella and his 3rd wife, Nora, are still around (Nora was 17 when they were married. Rod was somewhere around 50). From what I can tell Brady has a total of 12 siblings. I hope Paul can separate and live his own life instead of being guilted by his family to stay close!
