One of my many favorites is Rosanne to Darlene, when Darlene was in her black phase, and just finished shopping. Roseanne is looking through her bag. (I don't remember the EXACT phrasing) "You didn't happen to, uh, accidentally pick up Zorro's bag, did you?" One of the best.

I know Parker would probably have success either way, but he sure is lucky to have Gene. That dude is a hard worker, resourceful, and sharp. I also bet Parker is relieved that Tony has another project going to keep him off Parkers ass. It appears he shows up for his cut and takes off. I loved it when he yelled to Parker to get back to work. Can't wait to see the dredge run, but I imagine we'll have to wait till next season to see it really going. I really enjoy watching Tony and his team. I do want to see the Hoffmans be successful, and then be successful off camera after that.

I'm left wondering why, if Parker's so torn on where to mine, can't he mine the swamp cut for one more week to see if he's still on the hot spot. If it's good gold, stay till it slows down, if it's not, move. What if he ony got half of what's there? I don't understand why this is such an urgent decision.

When Byrd goes to get documents from either the plaintiff or defendant, I guess I always thought he just looked disgusted. And I don't mean only when someone's being a moron. Maybe it's more disinterest. Either way, I'd want to have him in my corner if someone went nuts. But I love, love, love me some JJ. I have learned a lot from watching her. 1. Don't assume anything, get it in writing. 2. Make sure both parties have a super clear understanding of the parameters of a contract. 3. Don't ever co-sign, or lend money, if you can't afford to not get it back. 4.Take before pictures. 5. Keep your damn dog in your control.

I can't decide if Byrd is very arrogant, or just has resting-bitch- face.

I won't get my hopes up, given what Utopia turned out to be, but I'll be checking this one out. It sounds like what I EXPECTED to get out of Utopia and was left totally unsatisfied. My hopes are that the varied ages and family ties will make sure this one does not turn into the drinking, screwing, bullying and delusion of grandeur show.

Although I don't know if we'll see it this season or not, I can't wait to see that dredge running. Tony and Minnie are my favorite.

My 10 year old thinks that "we're screwed" must be Todd Hoffmans catch phrase. I like the Hoffmans, and wish them much success, but I'm getting bored of watching them. And I really wonder how the other claim leasers went 'bust' with so much gold and the H2O line already set up to fill their intake pond. Anyone wonder if Disco had a hand in that? Also, and I don't remember where I read it, but my favorite comment on this show was that this show should be called 'Shit Breaks Down'. I think of that several times each episode and get a laugh out of it each time.
