I haven't read the rest of the thread, but you're not alone! I recently saw Tyler Perry speak about leadership, and he is an amazing human being.

I was horrified by that scene. I work for a nonprofit and know some very wealthy people. Not a single one them would have the audacity to tell women in a shelter that "it's all going to be okay" while wearing Chanel earrings. There is no self-awareness. And dear sweet baby Jesus, Danielle and Tre are terrible, terrible people.

I really liked the episode as a whole, but I wish the writers would decide what to do with Katrina and stick to it. It's like she agrees with whomever is standing in front of her at the moment. Henry: "Hey, Mom, I've decided we're going to create a new coven." Katrina: "But you sided with Moloch!" Henry: "Aw, that was a mistake. Come one, let's create a new coven." Katrina: "Okay." It's so frustrating. I agree that it seems the writers are trying to correct the mess they've made of this season, but I really hope they don't make it worse.

If you're interested in the finances of Project Ladybug, there is a website that posts the IRS 990s of all non-profits (although non-profits don't pay taxes, they are required to submit a 990 each year, detailing their finances). It's guidestar.org (hope it's okay to link to outside sites). You'll need to create a free account to access the 990s. It's good reading.
