  1. I think I figured out how Nina is sticking around in a 'interesting fashion'...
  2. The trailer for Sunday's episode.
  3. Oddly enough, for those who remember Hailey....she hated working with the FBI because she felt FBI feels like their better than cops.... ALSO JUST A REMINDER: THE EPISODE THAT WOULD'VE AIRED THIS WEEK IS ACTUALLY PLAYING ON SUNDAY!
  4. I don't like Nina either, and am super excited to see Maggie back... but that aside...I always think its funny when I see a actor playing a military/law enforcement/or the like roll and their wearing obvious lash extensions, had cosmetic surgery, hair extensions with perfect hair.....Iike I remember when back when, and none of that was happening...ever. One, didn't make enough money to afford it. Two, my hair was required to be restrained at all times if it was long enough to reach my collar. Three, minimal, natural looking makeup only. Oh..and also, no nail polish and my nails have to be less than a 1/4 cm pass the tip of my finger. Ehh....I think if I were giving the main characters a ranking by importance I would say: Maggie/OA Scola/Tiffany Jubal and Isobel So I think with Maggie gone, their just trying to give everyone else more character time...but it sounds like, in general, people are not widely impressed with a lot of the eps from end of s4 and beginning of s5.
  5. Thats the latest ep.....Tiffany knew he was unstable, but she felt like she owed him.
  6. Trying to find the interview to confirm this....but supposedly a show runner stated that the dynamic between OA trying to be over protective of Maggie and confronting feelings of having failed her while Maggie also deals with trying to reclaim her life and 'carve out a new version of herself' with actually fall over 507/508. So....I feel like, if this is true, then I feel like 507 will end with a huge fight between Maggie and OA.
  7. Just so we're clear, we're supposed to believe that Lindsey graduated with a Political Science degree from UNLV, probably used her moms connections to get hired right out of school to CSI (All to fulfill her moms dream, who already was living that life), decided to leave and move to Ireland where she got pregnant and had a baby, and decided to sell naked pictures on the internet as a source of income instead of utilizing her degree....and believe she makes more money doing that, then she ever did as a CSI? I'm not shaming Lindsey here....but I can see the problem. In Catherine's mind, she did every thing did to make sure Lindsey would be afforded the opportunity to use her brain instead of her body to get ahead in life..I mean Catherine's mother was a showgirl too...so maybe a little but of breaking the family cycle.....so to Catherine, who wanted better for her daughter than she had....to see her selling pictures of herself online probably feels like a smack in the face...Plus Catherine probably remembers how she fought to be taken seriously, given that she was a stripper before joining CSI...still, its Lindsey's life to choose what and how she lives it... I also find it hard to believe she makes good money doing it. I have a few friends who do OF or similar, and honestly they only maybe bring in $800-1000 a month, on a good month, after everyone else gets their cut.
  8. LOVED THE COUNSEL TABLE! LOOOOVVVVVVEEEEDDDD ITTT! Daemon choking Rhaenyra...I mean, we've always known that Daemon was a monster and a warrior....sometimes both.....And you can't deny that he really loved those that he loved. In this episode, he lost his brother and his child.....Im not making excuses, but I think finding out that he was kept out of this family secret about a prophecy....might have been the thing that pushed him over the edge. I also can't help it....but I feel like the actors for Aemond and Lucerys probably felt ridiculous filming that dragon fight scene.
  9. I found a s1 interview with MP and ZZ, and it was interesting that they said that DW wanted this show to focus more the main characters then the cases....cause it kind of feels like its a 35/65 split with the cases being the focus.
  10. The problem is that like most shows, TPTB want a quick resolution....and that includes how they process their trauma. When Kristen took that knife by stepping in front of Maggie....They were all handling it poorly, but OA seemed to handle it the worst. He got super protective of Maggie to the point of it hindering their job....but at the end of the ep, they talked about how they both were affected by Kristen getting stabbed and everything is good in the next ep when Kristen comes back.....when, touching on the remark about how OA should've been taken out of the field after being mugged, the reality is that Maggie, OA, and Scola should've all been put on immediate paid leave and forced to see a therapist to see where their head was at after what happened to Kristen....and Kristen should never have been allowed back to work until she was cleared by a therapist. Just like Jubal should've been forced to stand down when he was emotionally compromised during Rima getting shot, his son's hospital getting hacked, his sons' friend potentially being a shooter... As a whole, I think this show handles trauma badly. At the end of the day, one or more members of the field team shoots someone in nearly every episode...and yet they are all relatively healthy, well adjusted people who don't regularly seek therapy. We only really know of two people that for sure saw therapists, Dana (whose gone) and OA(who we learn in s4 actually hadn't been attending therapy for years). It would be nice to see a lasting trauma affect between, around, OA and Maggie in regards to what happened to her....but given what we've seen and what's been said about 507, I'm sure it will be resolved by end of the episode.
  11. Touching on the 'realism' of this show. The most accurate thing about this show is the sign on the fridge in the break room telling people not to eat other peoples food.
  12. GUESS WHO'S BACK IN THESE STILLS!!!! https://www.spoilertv.com/2022/10/fbi-episode-507-ready-or-not-press.html
  13. I assume you meant this as a joke, but I am going to respond with a serious answer....I will tell you that Ive worked in both law enforcement and the medical field....and its...well....the banging in closets every shift/residency room didn't happen(to my knowledge)We'd never actually get anything done if we did... LOL...but when its hard to find other people who understand the demands of the job and the schedule, you do start to spend most of a lot of your free time with the people you work with, because they...just get the struggles...There both high stress jobs with high burnout rates. There is a a reason law enforcement allows retirement so much sooner than most other careers. While I think them ALL being besties is ridiculous, I think catching a drink after work, being a work spouse, spending days off together, confiding in each other when things are getting to them....all completely in the realm of possible. I also think that, given that while the numbers of women in law enforcement are growing, its still more men then women, and given that it was always a requirement(for us at least) for at least one woman to be in any case involving a woman, the men weren't even allowed to search a woman. It makes sense that all the women agents are paired up with men. Given that its a cop drama, I don't really take issue with the relationship dynamics, as long as I like the characters. Honestly, statisticly speaking, its actually hard for a fiction show/movie to succeed without some degree romance ingrained into the storyline. And I don't mean the side characters, I mean the main characters. So I always go into an new series assuming that the show runners have a plan for at least one long term relationship/endgame coupling between two main characters, or a main character and a secondary character that is consistently present(who usually ends up being a main character). And very few shows have surprised me on that front. I take a bigger issue with them playing fast and loose with the realities of working a case. I get that because its a drama, they need to create a DRAMA, but ....Im just saying, most law enforcement units don't have a full time SWAT unit, let alone the amount of squads that FBI seems to use to break down the door of 80% of their suspects...the liberal use of CI's to illegally wiretap peoples houses to get confessions or steal evidence. Breaking into businesses to steal evidence....none of that would ever be allowed in a real court room....ever. I honestly expected better of DW productions since L&O tries to stay in the realm of reasonable believability...but even though his name is on it, I doubt very much Wolf is involved in this series. At the end of the day though, I still like this show more than I've like most new shows that have come out the past few years.
  14. There is always one thing all fans agree on when it comes to a show. For FBI...its seem to be that we all think Nestor is a douche. LOL!
  15. I didn't understand his need to put OA down....I understood OA's jealousy, but he tried to keep it under control...but sometimes it was like Nestor got off on needling OA. Also it was a super red flag to me when OA brought in Maggie's favorite breakfast and she told him she already ate sushi...and he goes: I thought you hated sushi....and she doesn't deny it. I was kind of like...wait a minute, that means she either went to restaurant she knew she wouldn't like anything on the menu, just to please Nestor...or he took her to a restaurant that she didn't like, and didn't care she didn't like it. There was also the whole signing a lease on a new appartment that she never saw, for them to move in together, before she agreed to move in with him...
  16. To each their own. I've heard she'll stick around in an 'interesting' capacity....I just hope that she won't be the new ADIC, as having the apparently youngest, newest member of team become their boss is just a little weird....plus we already had Jubal sleeping with the boss....
  17. Just came to post this. LOL! So interested to see her return, Zeeko said in an intervene last week that OA will definitely feel over protective of Maggie....and Im here for it.
  18. She is definitely back for 507, but nothing is said officially for 506....My guess, is if she is, its just a minute or two since 506 is supposed to be very Scola/Nina focused and the stills released so far don't have Maggie in them. So most likely she isn't in 506. Personally I cannot wait to have my A team (Maggie/OA) back.
  19. They're wearing the best kind of armor....Plot armor..... but I always laugh when its clear they paid literally no mind to the extras used for SWAT because of the times the beer bellies were hanging out below their vests.... With as much as they use SWAT on this show, they should just have regular cast members for it.
  20. She knew, she just felt like she owed him. ehh.....this show is following a very loose interpretation of what the FBI is..... I mean Rima would've been severely censured for being in a relationship with Jubal.....SWAT can't break down the door of every suspect.(Can you imagine all those complaints for innocent victims demanding to know who was going to fix their door?)...wire taps placed by informants are still illegal...having informants gather evidence for them would be grounds for evidence not being able to be submitted for trial....All of them would've been put on immediate paid leave at even a whiff of personal involvement in a case... It's a drama....emphasis on the DRAMA. LOL! ETA: OH! There was also that episode where OA and Maggie illegally broke into a restaurant to get security footage...
  21. OA's my favorite character so I'll respectfully disagree. I like the new analyst...at least I don't remember him before now. I wish we would see more of Ian Lim too. Not a fan of Nina though, she was pretty rough on the widow right off the bat. Scola: We need to pick him up....for all the times he didn't keep to himself. LOL!
  22. They've mostly just censor the fbomb and crude humor now.
