She is such a childish , annoying host !

Nancy Fuller posted this yesterday: “Enjoying the peace before heading to film #springbakingchampionship I can’t wait to see what this season holds 👀 @jessepalmer see you soon!!!” So, it looks like it’s not “Molly Yeh’s Spring Baking Championship “ anymore ! It is interesting how Nancy mentioned Jesse in her post! I have a feeling she not only is happy about his return , but she wanted to let fans know that we wouldn’t see that ridiculous version of the show we saw this year ! Romy and Tom were joking on social media about auditioning for next year’s show . After all of the defending of Molly as a host by Duff, and not commenting about her by the contestants , Romy , Tom and Dennis liked many comments about how bad she was , and how silly the challenges were . I have a feeling many contestants, except Jaleesa , were angry about the host and the judging last year. It was insulting and very unfair . I actually lost some respect for Duff. It’s one thing to defend a friend, It’s another thing to insult, and mock posters who expressed opinions about Molly as a host . I also wonder if Duff will be a judge since he’s filming the Kids Baking Championship now with Valerie. Hopefully, Lorraine will be back and Kardea will be gone with Molly ! She has ability to objectively judge contestants, Kardea does not !

OMG! Kelly and Mark both posted pictures of them on their hike and I honestly didn’t recognize Kelly ! She looks horrible . She is now a total skeleton and her face is so old looking because she is so skinny ! She is getting close to looking like Celine Dion! I have thought her wardrobe oerson was dressing her in outfits that are way to big , but unless they found someone to make clothes for her , I doubt there is much in her size ! Yuck

Was Ray rhe contestant that Alex assured twice and the just ran to assist him when shopping ? It seems more and more thar FN contests are so unfair and they play favorites! When Alex cut the tortilla and gave him and told him how to use them and then told uk about making a syrup I was shocked ! The rhe judge ran to tell him to hurry! I would have been very pissed if I was eliminated after another context ass assisted by an iron chef because he was clueless !

It looks like Nancy, Carla and Duff are judges in the Holiday Baking Championship and Jesse is the host ! It also looks like Valerie and Duff are hosting her judging the Kid’s Championship! I was worried that we would get more Molly for those competitions . Maybe I’ll only have to not eat h the spring completion if she and Kardea are back !

Kelly’s stylist doesn’t go to department stores, in fact once Kelly was insulted that one of her designer outfits were in a store where the masses might be able to access her style of a dress ! She never used to be in such baggy old looking styles . It makes me wonder who Live has hired as stylists for both of them .

Jeff and Sunny starting the show yelling and screaming over burgers was about as obnoxious as it gets !

What is with the wardrobe people on Live ? Ryan looks like his clothes are af least 2 sizes too small . His pants are half way up his legs and his jackets look like he can barely button them . We also get treated to the pale bottom of his legs with no socks . Is he trying to look hip and cool? If he is , he just looks stupid ! If he wants to be cool and casual there are other clothes he could wear that wouldn’t look like he shrunk everything in the dryer ! While Ryan looks like he’s bursting out of his suits , Kelly looks like she’s a little kid wearing her older sister’s outfits that are too big ! Why would they dress someone with such a petite , tiny frame in oversized blouses and skirts ? It seems like Kelly’s old stylist Faith is no longer with Live , I wonder if the unflattering outfits are the ideas of a new stylist .

I agree , and the sad part is she has the access and resources to get real help for her depression , but instead she uses her personal life as part of her celebrity. Having some goofy coach that Maria Schriver found do pretend counseling in her at the Today show was cringeworthy, along with using a cooking segment to cry about Eddie , while she was married to someone else ! She seems addicted to the spotlight and being a celebrity. She has horrible boundaries for someone who is 60 who has been in the business her whole life ! She truly seems to be having a mental breakdown. Her son seems like a mama’s boy. He and Valerie both attack posters in Twitter like a tag team! Most grown men wouldn’t want mommy defending them in social media ! The meals and snacks she cooks for him are so unhealthy. He is obese and she is making it worse . It’s not about looks , it’s about his health . Her weight obsession when she repeatedly says she doesn’t care and encourages people to throw away their scales is sad. She can choose to lose weight or not, but she acts like a teenager who cries if someone mentions her weight , but then saying she accepts herself, shows she also has issues with dealing with her feelings about weight . Why do I have a feeling the next book and interviews will be about Valerie the victim in her latest marriage? She just can’t keep anything private .

She was taping shows with Tom in 2019, I didn’t realize they were separated . Also, she acts like they just broke up last week and is definitely playing victim . It’s been at least over a year since she was doing her “therapy” On the Today show while she cried about Eddie . Then she was with Wolfie on tour . Whatever happened , she definitely has no filter and has to get her fans into feeling sorry for her . What guy would want to be with someone like that ?

I agree , but it’s one thing for kids to be obsessed with him but a woman who is hitting 60 and a woman in her 40’s doing that is cringeworthy!

I do think FN went out of their way for diversity , and that’s not a bad thing . I also don’t think the judging was motivated by anything but who had the best story , rather than who made the best pastry . Molly was just awful and I hope she never hosts again . I guess they were serious when they called it her show in the title since her mouth and face were everywhere all the time ! Yuck ! Kardea is just not a good judge because she lets her emotions take over . I don’t think it was about race , it seems more like she likes to mother people . If this same host and format is going to be a part of any of the other baking shows , I will not be watching!

Tom, Dennis and Jaleesa all should have been gone in previous weeks. Diego should be there and the final three should be Diego, Romy and Carolyn . Molly’s BFF’s all have repeatedly screwed up . since they brought Carolyn back , they should have eliminated two people tonight . WTF Is with Nancy apologizing to Tom about being eliminated? Makes me wonder if Kardea whined and pushed to keep Jaleesa so Nancy was not happy with the decision. . Molly and Kardea both need to go ! They both are ridiculous and biased . I think as much as Duff pretends he is ok with Molly , he knows this season is a disaster. He is way too much of a talented baker and smart man to not see this is ridiculous ! Speaking of ridiculous , that comment about Molly being a Disney character on drugs l seems like a perfect description! Her outfit and behavior seems like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz got into some magic mushrooms on the way to see the wizard !

I don’t see Molly being able to host even a farmhouse challenge . She is not able to leave contestants alone , and she can’t be impartial. Guy Fieri can annoy me , but he can host without interfering with the cooks and he doesn’t show bias .

I don’t know her personally , but as a television personality and what she shares about herself which comes across very goofy and childish . She already has a show which does reflect her farm life . I would hardly call it her “roots”, since she grew up in Illinois, it is her husband’s family farm . She should not ever host w competition show , she can’t keep herself out of the competition .

Oh , I bet Molly’s unprofessional and childish behavior when Carolyn was baking by turning off her timer worried the FN executives ! This isn’t just a silly competition because the host is childish, it’s for a lot of money ! No host should put their hands on anything in the baker’s area when a baker is trying to compete a task for a competition, unless the baker asks them to do it ! Molly not only is constantly interrupting and distracting bakers , she kept blabbing like a 5 year old trying to get attention , and she turned off a timer which was related to part of a recipe burning . Carolyn was obviously flustered and messed up the rest of the show . FN did not want some lawsuit about how unfairly a contestant was treated . Actually , Dennis should have been eliminated since his crappy cookie salad didn’t taste right , but he is Molly’s playmate so he couldn’t go home ! No amount of intimidating people for their opinions will make ratings for up for this crap fest ! I have lost a lot of respect for Duff when I see his insults and mocking posters as if he is in 3rd grade by telling them their face is “unwatchable “ , because they accurately said his little friend Molly is unwatchable on Twitter. Molly is an immature non baker , plain and simple . She also has quite an ego to think she should have a right to interrupt real bakers, when she is nothing but wife of a farmer who started cooking, baking and blogging probably to deal with being in the middle of nowhere with nothing but in-laws and where there are more cows than people ! Her sprinkle obsession and awful challenges are as silly and childish as she is !

I am actually glad to see the crap that Molly and FN are doing affecting the ratings of this show ! I couldn’t even watch . I saw who was eliminated on Twitter and that they had a tomato soup and sauerkraut ingredients with that tacky technique, so I just didn’t bother ! If they want iMolly to have a show features gross , tacky “baking” ideas from her potlucks , they should create a new show and not ruin a show that exists ! They also should not subject very good professional bakers to Molly’s annoying personality! They should just pick camera hungry people who have stories and challenge them to make desserts with sprinkles and any childish idea that Molly dreams up ! Looks like Jaleesa, Tom and Dennis are the three Molly Pets because they are “ friends “ of hers , even though all of them have screwed up badly ! The judges also annoy me ! Why is it that Tom can decorate like crap two weeks in a row but he stays, and from what I read , Diego who has consistently has done great work and still had a good tasting cake was eliminated ? Why does taste make them excuse crappy work for Molly’s playmates and not the others? Plus it sure seems like she is adding her opinions to the judging. Anyone who gets excited about cookie salad and popcorn salad should not have a say in which professional bakers stays or goes ! No amount of Duff insulting posters who say Molly is unwatchable is going to make people like this show , just because they pretend they agree with Duff to get his attention on Twitter or to make sure he doesn’t insult them ! Speaking of Twitter, Tom is In all the time and so is Jaleesa , so I am sure they are in the finale , and honestly , both should have been because of crappy baking by now !

I take back what I said about Nancy if she is pandering to obnoxious, attention seeking Tom too ! Yuck

Thank you everyone for the posts about last night’s show . I was thinking of trying to watch it but now I know it’s not something I want to see ! The thought of Molly’s ridiculous ideas being presented as baking , and seeing her annoying expressions and hearing her silly conversations wse bad enough ! But now that my suspicions were right and the bakers who talk to Molly and are “friends “ being saved and talented bakers going home , I didn’t bother to watch and took this off od my DVR ! I am also disappointed in Duff who I usually respect and like ! He literally was insulting posters on Twitter who dared comment about not liking Molly by insulting them ! One poster said Molly was “unwatchable “, so Duff replied with , “your face is unwatchable “! WTF?? Is he also a child ? Can’t stand Kardea either since she plays obvious favorites. Nancy appears to have a more than normal need for booze and is ridiculous too at times , but I at this point she’s the only host or judge I can tolerate since she doesn’t seem to be playing favorites or pandering to childish Molly! Hopefully dippy Molly will not be hosting end ruining other baking shows . If she is hosting , I won’t even bother to try watching on the future !

Sorry , but I would just not try to replicate French toast rather than eat they pile of slop that are made with soaked matza ! Disgusting looking ! Just as gross as popcorn salad and cookie salad ! Molly makes some good recipes but she has some gross concoctions that look like a preschooler invented them ! Then again her sprinkle obsession and looking forward to fart and burp jokes sure are childish !

Not to mention, Carolyn got eliminated because of a pudding being too sweet when it’s a baking contest Dennis on the other hand screwed up the baking Ingredient and didn’t get eliminated ! Molly is like a crazy preschool teacher who plays favorites ! She likes Dennis because he allows her to blab and he responds to her . I think she was pissed that Carolyn was ignoring her ridiculous conversation so she turned off her alarm like a weirdo ! I also think she has some influence on who won and is an unofficial judge ! So Dennis not only came out on tv , but he responds to her stupidity ! Kardea is also obnoxious with her obvious favoritism of Jaleesa and her loud mouth ! I used to think Sunny was obnoxious, but wow she is way better than Molly and Kardea on the other baking challenge ! Very professional !

So this baking championship is really Molly’s competition now ! Her ridiculous cookie salad which is not only disgusting to think about really is not something you would expect to have professional bakers make on a show like this ! Molly was more over the top this week because she was able to get two childish and gross items that the bakers had to make in the elimination round ! I can not believe they eliminated someone over a cookie salad! And is Molly really 6 years old with her childish obsession with sprinkles ? Poor Carolyn ! First Molly who must make herself the focus of every part of this competition , keeps talking to her to the point that when he alarm goes off she is so distracted that she doesn’t take her bacon out of the oven ! Also Molly takes it upon herself to turn off a baker’s alarm!! WTF! If she would have let it keep beeping maybe Carolyn would have realized she had to take out the bacon ! Then Molly does a little “oops” face and says “”that was for the bacon”! Why did they allow a host to do that?? Was baby Molly angry that Carolyn was ignoring her stupid conversation so she thought she’d be a little passive aggressive? She is bit passive aggressive, kind of like a middle school girl with many of her comments and behavior! Carolyn’s dessert was too sweet so she got eliminated, but Dennis made breadsticks that barely were a pastry so he gets to stay ?? Is Molly now helping decide who stays basically based on who she feels is thrilled with her irritating personality?? It sure looks like Dennis, Tom and Jaleesa are the top three for the finale since they kiss up , put up with Molly and have a “story”. What is sad is that Justin, Romny and Diego are really good but they don’t try to get attention in anyway besides their baking ! Oh and why do we need to see Molly’s annoying facial expressions as she stuffs her mouth eating the desserts ? Why is she acting like she is a judge ?

Exactly ! Many bakers have revealed they are gay by just stating they have a partner of the same sex, like Diego said he shares bakery with his husband . That was relevant to the fact he is a baker . Or even if they used to do the camera interview segments they would talk about their personal life as it related to being on the show . This just seemed contrived and odd ! And it doesn’t help that Molly looked like she was going to pee her pants because she was so shocked that Diego shared a bakery with his husband ! Really ? What is shocking about a couple owning a bakery ! Or to mention her over the top sappy , bordering on patronizing g Dennis when he said he was gay !

This show plainly sucks this year . It’s all about Molly and some exploiting drama every week, rather than the baking . Did she contribute ideas like the childish ribbons to the show ? It seems like they are trying to make this show more of a reality show with drama every week , rewarding bakers for being a part of the drama , and also judging which is not all about the baking . Last week it was Jaleesa’s anxiety attack , so she ends up winning . This week Dennis comes out to sappy Molly , so he wins ! Gee , how obvious can FN be? Last werk when they paired up, Molly picks the partners , so of course , Jaleesa gets a very good baker, Carolyn , so she is sure to win ! So we had the Jaleesa hour with her big comeback assisted by the show to make sure she won ! In the past the baker who won the heat would choose partners for everyone , but now they wanted to help the outcome out , so they basically fixed the outcome so they could justify the anxiety attack comeback episode. This week Dennis comes out to dipshit Molly, someone he barely knows while taping a show ? Sorry , but it seemed a bit staged , unless Dennis caught onto the fact that drama = winning ! He was ok , but sorry , other bakers were better than his , but they couldn’t let courageous Dennis leave without winning ! Ugh I notice that Romy and Diego are just concerned about their baking and Molly barely even talks to them . They also happened to be two of the best compared to drama boy Tom , but they don’t get a lot of credit or wins since they are not flashy or good for the plot of the week ! Kardea is just awful too ! I do like her cooking show , but she’s obnoxious and is so biased toward Jaleesa! Jaleesa ended up In the bottom two , but Kardea nearly jumped off of her chair to say how wonderful her pie was ! I hate to say it , but this show seems more like a bad reality show and also seems Be focused on plots and “stars” who are not necessarily there to bake and win on their merit . In contrast , the other show with Sunny was way better and the Big Bake is also way better ! The host stays out of the way and the bakers share their stories but they are not putting on a theater performance to win ! Eddie is so much better than Molly. Too bad they don’t hire him next time to host !
