  1. Maybe don’t bring a busload of kids to a home where someone is reciprocating from a major medical issue. No wonder they days she was there Ma wasn’t doing well.

They had no issues leaving them all behind for their weekend away or there anniversary week long vacation. So it’s not as if they just don’t leave the kids with their adult kids. They do it all the time .

They went to Disney’s Animal Kingdom? (That tree is the Tree of Life there) Nemo would be free admission and I’m not sure what Florida residents tickets cost. Perhaps it was just the Nurthan fam since Jillpm isn’t in any of the photos.

I’m surprised they went to evil Disney. Maybe Animal Kingdom is ok since it’s a “zoo”. The other parks are the ones that are tricking kids into being gay.

Or maybe their whole belief system is just made up nonsensical rules that can be broken on a whim whenever it suits them. Nah.

I can't imagine any woman writing to him, but then I remember that Charles Manson had groupies. He'd probably eat up some women fawning over him rather than sending him relationship books.

Chris Watts murdered his wife and kids and still got fan mail in prison, so I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that someone would write to Josh hoping to change him or whatever motivates people to write or horrible people. I could totally see him him engaging with them too. And while yes the mail gets read, I don’t think they will tattle to Anna whats in them. They DGAF if Josh has a pen pal affair. It’s not illegal and they have better things to do.

Speaking of modesty, David and Jill's previous trips to warm-weather resorts have upset them greatly because of the way people dress. I don't know if the happy couple managed to get to a beach or a pool this time, but be prepared for both David and Jill to be highly offended by the way people dress. Jill will write the details of the horror of women's clothes. Tim will share the outrage in his little sermons.

I'm sure David spends a lot of time staring at the jezebels in short shorts before he can get the smiley tracts out of his pocket and into the hands of the sinners.

Davy and Jill should consider vacations in ski areas in winter. People will be covered up. Ski areas have lots of shops and restaurants, so there are plenty of ways to spend money. Skiing in a long skirt would be a good way for Jill to hurt a knee or ankle so she can sit around and have everyone wait on her while she cries on social media about how much pain she is suffering and how she will probably need to see a surgeon doctor. Please send prayers and money.

They remind me of friends of my parents. Every year they watch the Super Bowl halftime show, just so they can complain about how immortal and immodest everything was. They could, IDK just not watch, but I honestly think they like being able to look down on people. Same with Jillpm and DBD, and now their kids. They like feeling superior.

  5. The original question was if Anna and Felon waited until the wedding day.
The AMA person responded they waited until the wedding night or between the ceremony and reception with the sister guarding the door.

The AMA person didn’t even know…so why they threw that in there, makes me question their validity it even more. Seems more like a fundie urban legend, up there with Jill Duggar’s hysterectomy and Jana’s many supposed courtships.

I've scrolled through the various AMAs on that subreddit, and I find almost all of them to be fabricated in some way.  If you spend enough time in the sub, you can pick up on what the sub wants to hear and regurgitated that.  I think the only person who's story I bought was the journal guy who was willing to talk about his experiences in more than one forum.  The rest of these anonymous people I think have just enough truth to their story that the mods approve.  Like they attended one church event with a Duggar and can prove they were there.

I'm also not a fan with how cruel that sub can be.

I agree. Saying Nurie is scary…well I think the whole family is terrifying and I’ve thankfully have never been near them. She was raised by a very openly judgmental person, so I’d imagine her kids are the same way. Look at Timcel and his rants about women. Just because Nurie doesn’t have social media and we’d all like her to tell Jillpm to fuck right off, that doesn’t mean she’s not as judgy and hateful as her mom and brother.

I’m sure in private Jillpm is trying to get alllll the tea on Anna and the convicted felon. Just so they can say how godlier they are because their spouses didn’t look at porn (and it’s 100000% the porn they judge, not the age of the victims) so their husbands are better and they are better wives than Anna. They use Anna to make themselves feel better. So yeah I buy the AMA. But I think any one of us could have said the same things.  One of this person’s insights was Anna was an enabler and and a victim.
    Yeah, no shit.

Jessa answering a post calling out the secular mom culture phrase.

    image.png.9be7a8edfb2f8562644eb26af2fcc4b5.png

STFU Jessa with the gaslighting. It literally says “secular mom culture” aka mediocre motherhood according to the “author” vs “Biblically excellent motherhood”. What context are we missing?

And I’ve never once read any secular  parenting advice or options  that says “Oh don’t make your kids help with anything ! It’s too hard! Do it yourself!!! Sooooo much easier”

Fundies and evangelicals tend to perch and believe that non-“correct Jesus Christians” are all miserable, promiscuous, hatefully, evil people. I was literally told as a child I could not be happy in life if I didn’t accept Jesus and all my non Christian friends at school were soooo unhappy because they didn’t go to church like me. So it’s probably unfathomable to them that “secular” parents can be good parents.

Sounds like she's deep into M is for Mama's book. It's all sanctimonious, holier than thou bullshit. She's directly cribbing the author, Abbie somebody.

She was quoting the book, but the first bit is from her. The screenshot was cut off from the source it was from. Jessa apparently got called out on the whole “secular mom’s are lazy” stuff and has since edited that stuff out.

Quote or not, or edited or not, she obviously believes she is superior to “secular moms”. She didn’t edit it because she “knows better, do better”. She just can’t take valid criticism.

    Who envies them? 🤣

Jillpm and fundies in general seem to think they have the best marriages by default because they don’t have sex or kiss before marriage. That heathens can’t possibly have a good relationship. It’s what they drill into their kids head from a very early age. If they have sex before the wedding night, even with the person you marry, there is irreparable damage done, and your marriage cannot ever be as good as it could have been had you waited. Waiting to kiss puts you on an even higher horse to look down from.

In reality, zero people envy them.

  10. This is Jillpm’s retirement planning apparently. She intends to make sure her daughter’s feel if they are sinning and going to hell if they don’t honor her pay for her date nights and nails. No 15 year old comes up with “I need to honor my parents all the days of my life” without that being drilled into her.  She expects total obedience, even after they marry some poor fundie boy. It’s already happened with Nathan. It’s so sad and gross.

  11. I don’t blame them for not saying one way or the other. Even if they said yes he’s in school, it would be easy to narrow down where he’s at public or private.

I don’t like these people, but would never interfere IRL. However there’s some over zealous haters on Reddit who make it their mission to dox, and even take it further. Most of the people on the Reddit sub are lovely people, but there are a few that have take up the mantle to interfere IRL at every opportunity. I absolutely would not say where my kids were at if I was her.

Jill must receive piles of gifts and donations because she deserves them for being the best momma, wife and Meme ever.

Jill must be the center of attention at all events because she's so beautiful, talented, modest, and godly.

Jill just can't help being the most important person on earth.

She’s probably taking notes today on how to replicate HM Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral on a fundy grifter budget.

  13. This place is basically a church school. It’s not accredited nor does it offer any real degrees. Liberty and even Bob Jones at least offer real degrees. Placing second out of what has to be a very small student body isn’t something brag worthy. And scoring second doesn’t mean he necessarily did well. I poked around on the school’s website (because fundy colleges are so weird with their rules and admissions “criteria”) and I don’t think grammar is a high priority, even at the staff level.

Aren’t ball caps “manly?” Women and girls can’t wear pants, but ball caps are ok?

    Make it stop!

It’s not a ball cap, it’s a bonnet! And she doesn’t wear T-shirts. No that’s for men! She wears blouses that are the cut, style, and material as a T-shirt. But it’s not! There’s a big difference!

(her calling what was obviously a T-shirt a blouse is one of the most ridiculous Jillpm things ever)

Things I noticed: Jill gave credit for the medical care she received as well as family and friends who helped her out. And she explicitly stated that the information she shared about gall bladder issues was not medical advice. Thereby clarifying that she was not speaking as a medical professional. As a person who dealt with gall bladder issues and surgery, her information seemed on point and in line with what I was told. I am sure it hasn't been easy with a new born and two little ones.

And she didn’t even mention Jesus. No praise the Lord or anything. Much different that Jillpm only giving credit to Lord Daniel.
