Michel seeing (or claiming to see) famous singer from my brain fart while on the phone with Lorelai about working at the dragonfly. liz calling Luke to say they’ve joined a vegetable cult. Emily tricks Lorelai into the spa weekend.

When Emily called Lorelai out about Luke during a FND, she followed up Lorelai’s admission with “What in the world are you thinking?” She’s always been against Luke and even her Romanoffs comments weren’t acceptance, merely acknowledgement. I think Emily was a product of her situation in life. It couldn’t have taken long to find out how much Trix hated her, and later to have only one child and no male child to inherit would have displeased Trix even more. I can see but not excuse that Emily would throw herself into her job of corporate wife and society mother, but become bitter and cruel when it wasn’t the 1950’s version of happily ever after.

I think it means reactions to the girls’ actions were more poignant than their reactions to the events the GG had. Also, Luke was alone a lot, at least metaphorically. Also, also we like Luke. 😁

I vote for the wedding dress to win. It was the “Bighead wants a wedding veil” kind of dress - completely inappropriate for her. She would have been much better off pearl-loining the dress she held up during shopping for Emily’s fake wedding. 😆😆

I’ll vote against 5. Not memorable for me. The other two are burned in my memory.

I’ll vote against 6 if it’s not too late. As a quilter I would kill for fabric in that pattern in 14. So interesting and it looks edgy and haute couture.

The weird thing for me with the wedding dress is that her description is so wrong. Blush tulle may be right, but those clumps of tulle which I presume are intended to be flowers are unrecognizable as such. The beads are white, not crystal. The skirt is white, not blush and the sash is blush not cream. LOL, Luke’s memories of her clothes is better than that.

Luke to win. Lorelai had many better colors in other outfits.

The elder Gilmores’ treatment of Christopher always reinforces my opinion that they didn’t like Lorelai very much.
