Where is the video? I've tried for a week and can't locate it. I'm an old head.

It was posted as in Instagram story.  Those only last to be viewed for 24 hours.  You really aren't missing much.  He was in line, holding a stack of five different colored boxes.  The people in line were socially distanced, so he had a man about five feet behind him.  That stare he has in the screenshots is what he did for about 10 seconds.  Didn't move an inch, just glared at her.  She finally panned down to a sleeping Fern.  When she panned up, he looked at her, then slowly turned his head around as if he was looking at others in the coffee shop.  Then he looked forward again.  No smiles at her.  Just a very pissed look the whole time.

Going back to Bin's Amish/Hasidic serial killer outfit, I'm still surprised that they're spending $120 (4 x $30/ea) on coffee sample gift sets for Christmas presents.  For whom?  Not the kids, they'll be happy with cheddar pretzels.  Is money that abundant in their house? I wouldn't have thought so.  Of course, with coffee, I guess there's no way you can "Buy used and save the difference".

Even worse, it's actually 5 gift sets in his hands!  Maybe they're for the staff at his church so he can stay in their good graces?

It's hard to tell when we don't know much about them, but I'm thinking Octavio's model isn't 100 pounds overweight, so not morbidly obese. Actually, I think it's the show that's not woke. Showing off clothes is a matter of proportion and many of us people of size are short waisted. So, yes, the designer with the large model is sometimes at a disadvantage. If the show wants to be inclusive, I wish they'd do some challenges with only plus size models and make sure they're all the same size, no five eleven size twelves competing against five nine size eighteens.

I did like both Octavio's and Bones' designs. They didn't stuff the models into sausage casings and proclaim they were complementing their beautiful curves, as happened in Making the Cut with really crappy results. It's possible to design beautiful clothes that flatter big women, but that's a rare skill set and not yet common in people who want to design for the runway.

Speaking of clothes that flatter big women, I loved Lizzo in the Gucci coat dress she wore recently in LA.

If she was, then it was a major fail. If you watch the video, Bin looked absolutely miserable. He was staring daggers at Jessa while she was filming him. That's what I find so funny about most of her social media content. She unintentionally reveals so much about her personal life while trying to fake being a happily married woman.

I thought you must be exaggerating because why would she post something showing him like that.

You weren't!  He is just staring at her, until she moves her phone down to show Fern sleeping.  She pans up again and he is still unsmiling.

  5. I've read through everyone's comments on this thread and I'm surprised no one has mentioned the 'poopy diaper' looks of Shantall's pink suit.  I loved the design of her sleeves, with the checkered tone on tone effect, but when her model turned around on the runway, my mouth dropped at the terrible fit on the back of the pants.

And because it can't be stated enough, Aaron was robbed of a win.  Definitely production decided the drama was more important with the Bones/Darren top looks.

  6. Re: Fenna's coat.  Malinois are double-coated.  Fenna's undercoat will actually help her stay cooler in hot months.  Sort of acts like a barrier to the skin so the heat is kept off her.  My daughter has a husky, so we became very familiar with double-coated dogs.  I once met a couple at the dog park who had a husky they traveled the states with.  They shaved her when they were in Texas.  I didn't have the heart to tell them they really hurt their dog's ability to regulate her temperature.  Double-coated breeds 'blow out' twice a year and should never be shaved.

I haven’t been able to figure out if Anna is obligated to bring the kids to visit Josh if he requests it. Legally, I mean. It’s interesting to me that apparently no one has spotted her making that visit. Surely some nosy journalist is keeping an eye out.

This is so infinitely worse than the Ashley Madison thing that I’m sure it’s taking all her mental energy to cope right now, and same for the rest of the family. I don’t expect them to have much to say publicly, and  with any luck maybe plans are being made for Anna and the kids to achieve some independence from Josh. It’s not like she needs to have that plan in place right this minute; he’ll be away until July at the very least, and hopefully for many years more.

The guy who posted on Reddit that ran in the same circles as the Duggars had something interesting to say about Anna's behavior after Josh got out of Jesus jail.  He said that he was at Fort Rock Family Camp the same time that the Duggars were there, including Josh and Anna.  Josh was jovial and joking.  The guy posting said he went fishing early one morning at the pond.  Anna was there, walking around and around the pond, sobbing.  I think he said she circled the pond about fifteen times, crying the whole time.  I don't know how she can keep sweet for the sake of her children.  It must be exhausting.

  8. I just finished watching God is Grey's latest YT video, with Jen from Fundie Fridays as her guest.  I was surprised that Brenda (God is Grey) didn't know very much about the Duggars.  Jen had to bring her up to speed on the past abuses by Josh, etc.  It's well worth a watch.  Much of what they cover has been discussed on here.  One thing Jen pointed out was that Josh's iPhone had to be seized and they would not let Josh use it (to call his attorney) as perps have 'kill switches' on phones that will erase material they want hidden.

no reason for her to stay and help anna. they have johanna, jennifer, jordyn and cousin emily for that. kynzie is surely a full fledged sister mom at age 10 or 11.

If Jana is in a courtship, I hope she has a nice small wedding which is probably what she would want anyway.

So similar to Princess Beatrice's being forced to have a small wedding after her father, Prince Andrew's disastrous BBC interview.  But, it seems that is really what she wanted all along.  It is her publicity-pushing parents who wanted the big wedding similar to what her sister and Harry and Meghan had.

  10. My son and 22-weeks pregnant DIL began house-hunting south of Denver.  They made an offer on a home last weekend.  Another couple got the house with a similarly priced offer, because they waived an inspection!  My son's agent (and my husband and I) think that is crazy to buy a house without an inspection being a contingency.

Then yesterday, one of the homes they saw, which they liked more, fell out of contract because the prospective buyers couldn't qualify for the financing.  The only reason our son and daughter-in-law didn't make an offer on that one originally was they were told the incoming offer was very competitive.  They made an offer for it that was $45K over asking and got the house.

It's a beautiful home, and I understand why they would pay up.  They want to move in before the baby comes in August, and they would go crazy dealing with this hot market, always just missing out.  They are lucky they could afford to pay over asking.

I get the sense Abbie is pregnant. The photos they've been dropping seem to carefully obsecure her middle. I could be wrong of course. This is speculation.

I bet you're right.  JD must have a food baby they're hiding too.  There is a picture of him from the Claritin wedding where he looks very big.

The spot may have something to do with Kendra's exact dress. The company is called Mountain Aire Boutique. They specialize in "modest and affordable dresses." They do sell some jeans though.  (There's literally only one pair of jeans available on the website, but I suspect that have more to do with how they stock and run through inventory.)

It amuses me that they seem like on-line competitors for the Bates Sister Boutique.

Also I didn't see it anywhere, but they're probably based in Utah.

That would make a lot of sense, but they're actually based in Center, Colorado.  Pretty close to the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

also in the living area, laundry, beauty parlor station, print shop area they showed Phillip (or sammers) got a table saw for christmas that is now also in that big open area. seems the saw dust would be a problem with the printing machinery.

also why is gabriel posing with a rifle next to a twin mattress on the floor? the boy bedroom shown after reno had a set of bunk beds and another twin bed that was part of a bunk set in the W Virginia house. the boy's room also had a some dressers and a desk. the room was packed wall to wall. baseboard heat covered.

the girl bedroom was also crammed full but seemed to have a bed for everyone and Nurie has moved out. so why is there a mattress for someone on the floor?

Maybe Nurthan needed the RV for their stay so Timmy has to sleep on the twin mattress in the boys' dorm.

  14. I've become less and less enthusiastic about decorating for Christmas.  My adult daughter loves to do it, so she has taken my tree and decorations to her house to continue the tradition.  It includes a lovely set of Simpich carolers that my mother bought in Colorado Springs in the 90's when we lived there.  My mother passed a couple years ago, and I inherited the set.  They are the only Christmas decorations I really love (so I may take them back from my daughter!)

With adult children, I've scaled back on gift-giving too.  The only thing I go overboard on is stockings.  I love to shop at thrift stores, so throughout the year, I find cute/odd/whimsical things there (usually new) that I can put in stockings.  I even put them together for a few of my kids' adult friends who join us on Christmas Day.  (I buy the stockings at thrift stores, too.). I still put a tangerine and walnuts in the stocking, because that's what my mom would do to help fill it out.  And you always have to put a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and gum in them!
