  1. Jill posted about going to the Duggars' church after they attended Jinger's wedding and how much they admired the pastor and his family.

That is Paul Caldwell, right?  So perhaps she thought her girls became besties with Kendra and her sister.  Either Kendra turned down an invitation to be a bridesmaid, or chose not to attend the wedding, which was enough reason for Jill to write her off.

After you finish watching the video, you can see her name.  Her videos have dates on them, that makes it easy to find them.  For example, today’s video is 6 29.

She is on FreeJinger, so you can find her there

I hadn't realized after I watched it the first time, that you have to click the icon at the bottom to watch it on YouTube in order to see the creator's info.  I also really wanted to see her content to follow her in the future.

  3. Either Without a Crystal Ball, or God is Grey (Brenda Davies) mentioned recently that Jeremy and Jinger are following the pattern of Jeremy and Audrey Roloff - creating a podcast, writing a book (usually on marriage), talking about Biblical roles of a man and woman - which is fostered by their mentors, Matt and Lisa Jacobson and Dale and Veronica Partridge.

If you want to be depressed, spend some time deep-diving on the content of these folks.

The Jacobsons and the Partridges, as well as other families in their circle, live in or near Bend, OR.

Jinger replied to someone on her recent IG post who had a question about doing a podcast.  She said their podcast guy is jack4carp.  He is also in Bend, OR.  He is followed by Megan Tolpin, daughter of Isaac and Angie Tolpin, another couple in this misogynistic belief system.

Jackson Carpenter's company is Push Play Podcasts.  They manage the podcasts for the Partridges, the Jacobsons, as well as Aaron and Jennifer Smith.  All have podcasts; all have written books about marriage and the role of the husband and wife.

Jinger and Jeremy have definitely decided the new lane they are traveling in.  It is scarily cultish.

  4. I absolutely think they will direct people to become patrons with Patreon.

Did anyone else see Jinger's IG story last week that had just one line, something like 'If you are interested in supporting us, go to this link'?

I should have grabbed a screenshot.  I don't think it was posted even the 24 hours that a story is normally up on IG.

Have you guys been following the Myka Stauffer controversy? For those not familiar, she's a well known Mommy vlogger who recently dumped her adopted special needs child. Crystal Ball Katie did a YouTube video about it:

    https://youtu.be/LNWeX7Ydb_A

The woman is narcissism on steroids. She makes JRod look like a lightweight. I try not to judge, but she gives off vibes like the kid was an inconvenience to her perfect aesthetic and needed to go.

I am so disgusted by this woman's actions.  There is an instagrammer that has documented this abuse of Husley with Myka's own history of posts and with testimonies from other people.  Her instagram is mykastaufferfan.  I don't know if she started out as a fan of Myka's, but believe me, she is not a fan of hers now.

  6. Chris Jeub is teaching English at a Monument, CO charter school.  This link is reaction from some parents when he was hired in Fall 2018.  His bio on the school's website says he and his wife have five children currently enrolled at the school.  I would be so pissed if my child's school hired him.

So now Esther can't travel for 4-6 months. Who will keep the $100k in the meantime? Lawson?

I know Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball isn't everyone's cup of tea, but she did recently post a good video about this.  She could speak with some authority, as she has a son with a heart condition, and she says her best friend's child has the same condition that Esther has.  Essentially, this little girl's condition would always make her a poor candidate to travel, and she will require multiple surgeries over a long length of time.

What does that mean, “to do Lilla Rose”??

    the pained grimace is BIZARRE!

one of the Plath young ladies is wearing an eye trap shirt!

The Bible institute looks deadly boring. And WHY is NotNurie standing that close to the older man, with arms touching??

Looks like Lilla Rose is an MLM for hair accessories.  Makes sense for this crowd, as hair is certainly something they have in abundance.

I always thought he looked like Mark Ruffalo when Gossip Girl was airing, to the point that I was retroactively annoyed he didn't play the Young Mark Ruffalo in 13 Going on 30. He would have been young enough to still pull junior high off.

"You're a manwhore, John Mayer" has to be one of my favorite lines of the series.

I can definitely see that!  I love Mark Ruffalo, especially in Spotlight.

  10. I was disgusted and saddened to read the reddit poster's AMA.  The quote below talks about why they push for home births.

Home births are taught as part of The Standard in Gothards Advanced Seminars and most people in my church did it. It is believed that fetuses are aware of what’s happening in the womb. Gothard teaches that you should play hymns and read the Bible to your unborn fetus to prep them to be a Christian. It’s believed that demonic influences can prevent or harm the baby when born. There is a bizarre anecdote about a woman whose baby refused to be born because it knew an evil Troll doll was in the hospital room. Once the Satanic influences were removed - the baby was born.

  11. Since I don't know how to copy and paste comments from her IG post, I'll quote what someone said to Jill about the dried bouquet on the shelf, and Jill's response:

"You may want to keep the wedding bouquet in a covering otherwise they become super brittle and dusty."

Jill:  "Oh...I didn't know that!  Thanks!"

I'm just stunned at her willful ignorance.

Another person told her, "Don't put your wedding bouquet in your bathroom.  Put your bouquet in a shadow box for safe keeping.  The shelf is cute but wedding memories don't belong in the bathroom."

That person was rebuked by several other posters and so added this: "Ok ladies calm down..this is MY OPINION...I believe that wedding memorabilia should be displayed for ALL to see.  Having it in their ensuite bathroom is up to them.  But her display isn't suitable as the flowers will get ruined by the moisture.  Hence..."they don't belong in the bathroom".  I adore the Dugger/Dillard families.  Chill out ladies.  It was not meant to be hurtful."

Jill doesn't follow Jessa on social media?  I wonder why not?

Oh, she definitely does.  She had the following reply when Jessa posted about how to deal with picky eaters:

"Love the video! Yes, keep introducing foods and even if they used to not like it, they may surprise you and love it later! Also, noticed that keeping healthier snacks visible will make them ask for those snacks more (somewhat "outta sight outta mind")."

My mom rubbed brandy on my gums while I was teething way way back in the day.

My mother's favorite drink is ginger ale.  She thought it was no big deal to put a little bit in my son's & niece's bottles or sippy cups as a treat when they were toddlers.  At least my sister got her to water it down some when my last niece came along.  We look back & laugh about it now.  My son swears his love of ginger ale came from this.

Could someone point me in the direction of where I can find Jessa's story or directions on how to make the large pictures of the kids?

Here it is.  She has a YouTube channel, and her videos are posted there, including the one of eating healthier.

  14. The following is one small example of the favoring of Sam over Israel when Derick was putting up the tree:

Derick: We've had this since we've been married, right?

Jill: Yeah.  Sam, are you excited?

    Sam: Uh-huh.

Jill: Jay-Jay [not sure what nickname she was using for Israel here], are you excited?

    Israel: Yeah.

    Jill: Yes ma'am.

    Israel: (Smaller voice) Yes ma'am.

If you're going to teach children to say Yes ma'am and Yes sir, you need to enforce it with all children of talking age.  And you don't get to use 'Yeah' when you immediately tell your son not to say the same thing.

    Idiot.
