Correct. Things may have changed since I last worked in a pharmacy (5 yrs). In Texas no C2’s can be filled electronically. Must be a handed in controlled prescription pad. Again, it’s been 5 yrs. Also, we kept very little on hand so if you drop off the c2 script we had to check with the pharmacist first and make sure we had it. Only the pharmacist could count and verify the c2. Not a tech. So there were a lot of rules but they could have changed. This! With almost 4 yrs of work in a pharmacy all this is true.
