  1. Looks like in the previews Flagg is as usual making this all about himself. Instead of realizing how his actions hurt others and taking steps to make real changes he's focusing on his own poor little feelings. Boo hoo for wealthy, spoiled little him. 🙄 If Andrew gets smart and ditches him he can just buy another very young boyfriend. Maybe he can find one who has very little life experience or self esteem so he can be sure to never get called out on his crappy, self absorbed behavior ever again. And everything Tracy said was 100% accurate. He's just been allowed to get away with it for his entire life. I used to like him. Was losing Bobby so much of a gut punch it caused his worst qualities to be magnified? Or was everyone complicit in covering for him until he finally went too far with Tracy's child?
  2. No way would my parents have allowed me to speak to an adult the way Tracy's daughter was speaking to Josh. That being said...NO WAY was his response appropriate, acceptable or in any way called for. I don't care if he's used to people allowing him to get away with saying stupid shit because that's just how he is. Probably why Bobby had enough and bailed. Time for Flagg to start acting like an adult. And didn't Heather say she had decided to stay behind? Altman was supposed to know she didn't really mean it? I bet those developers are so glad they decided to have their property showcased on this shit show. And Flagg's sob story? How many years ago did he get picked on in school? And he's still using that as an excuse. Therapy isn't working. 🙄
  3. Baltimore husband seems nice enough, but he's wearing man-pris. Fashion don't.
  4. They're all listed under Douglas Elliman though. Both Joshes, Tracy, Heather and Andrew. Sooo....did they in fact not know him before or were they just pretending?
  5. He feels they should accommodate him. He even says so. Getting up in the middle of a meeting to pour himself more champagne is disrespectful, but he thinks he should be allowed to do whatever he wants. That's fine when you have inherited money but then don't pretend to work. I noticed Andrew has already realized what his role is which is as Flagg's "minder" to get him places somewhat on time and to pass on info that Flagg doesn't think he needs to be present for. So basically he's an admin with benefits. I wonder if he got tired of Flagg's schtick sooner than Bobby did.
  6. Yeah, I used to live in Summerlin. Floyd Mayweather lives in Southern Highlands, in fact as of a few years ago the most expensive house in Vegas was located there. The neighborhoods are creeping ever so steadily both north and south. Before I moved away I lived in Centennial Hills and they're building a lot on that side too. I think it's odd they chose Henderson for those pricey new builds featured on the show, TBH.
  7. The Arts District in downtown Vegas is quite good. It's not fancy or shiny but it's definitely got a lot of character. I spent most of my time there when I lived in Vegas. I spent almost no time in Henderson. I think I went there maybe ten times and twice was to apply for a townhouse I wanted to rent and to drop off the deposit. They also had the only Corner Bakery Cafe in the valley and I liked to have lunch there so I made the drive a few times. But there are definitely areas there with stunning views so I can see the appeal. Also, Henderson is considered more upscale than a lot of other places in the Vegas Valley. I wonder if the producers were starved for content and that's why they did the Vegas trip. It certainly can't be considered part of "Million Dollar Listing LOS ANGELES" and neither can Newport Beach.
  8. No worries! If you go in the summertime it is definitely going to be scorching hot. The nicest times of the year to go are March, April and early May and also late September and October. I would skip late May through early September (definitely as it is unpleasantly hot) and November through February. Although as New Yorkers you may not find temps in the 40s to be cold, so February and November might be nice enough. Definitely no real "seasons". Leaves fall off in autumn and flowers bloom in the spring time but that's about it. Nice thing about where they're building those houses is there are still large lots available and the mountain and city views are nice. And far enough from the tourists to avoid the crowds.
  9. I lived in Vegas for ten years. It's not that hot year round. Some people are surprised to find it actually gets much colder in the winter, down to the mid 20s. Being in a valley surrounded on all sides by mountains makes the temps extreme from one end to the other. It's usually in the mid to high 110s for only about 2-3 months AT MOST. And all homes are required to have AC, even apartments. Many people purchase luxury homes in the Vegas valley because it gets very little rain and is a great climate for those who suffer from arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. And my sinuses felt great when I lived there with the low humidity. Sports athletes also like it there because there are no state income taxes. It also used to have a much lower cost of living although it's getting more and more expensive. Unfortunately the schools are pretty bad there. The dropout rate was somewhere around 30% when I lived there. I wouldn't consider raising a family there but many people do. I know exactly where they're building those houses. That hill was completely empty when I moved there in 2010. Someone built one house, then one more was built and next thing I knew that entire hill was getting built up. It was interesting to see.
  10. I'm speculating her parents are in fact "helping", just maybe not with the down payment. I don't begrudge her either. Good for them if they are able to help. One of my "winning the Mega Millions" fantasies is paying off my son's and brother's mortgages for them.
  11. Tracy with the ripped/slashed skirt and bare midriff outfit. 🤦‍♀️
  12. Some of the decoy houses are legitimately for sale but most aren't. The obvious decoys are the ones that are fully furnished. Or, another clue is if there's a pool table, large sectional or piano and the buyers ask if the owners will be "leaving" those things. Reality is those things are hard AF to move so they just leave them in place and pretend the "previous owners" left them or wrote them into the contract. Also, I doubt the prices they show for the decoy houses are accurate. That amazing house from last night probably would have been well above their budget. I like when all three homes are empty. That makes viewing more fun as I try to figure out which house is the one they already bought.
  13. Yeah, and Altman was all "but we could have made all this money!" Not taking into account the effect it has on kids whose parents are always getting bigger, more expensive and more luxurious "things" such as a Ferrari (that he wouldn't be able to take the kids out in). For an example of how excessive acquisitiveness affects people see: Flagg.
  14. Jenelle is on Twitter making fun of Chelsea's show. But she's totally not at all jealous. She CHOSE not to return to Teen Mom and would never, ever exploit her children for money. Oh, and she's getting Jace back any day now 🤣
  15. My friend has been going to one of those "homeopaths" for 30 years. Every "remedy" her naturalist requires her to take costs well over $100. And of course it's not covered by insurance and she "needs" multiple of them per month. I would imagine with the pandemic a lot of them are making lots of money off of people who don't want to get the Covid vaccines and are turning to "natural" treatments (see: Aaron Rodgers).
  16. If she was, guarantee she would find a way to be on the show. The fact that she isn't tells me a lot.
  17. I can picture Flagg at age 70, still chasing after 22 year olds and trying to lure them with expensive gifts. And I'm not making fun of him. I find it rather sad TBH.
  18. I wonder if Colton sued and was awarded the house and that's the "millions" Flagg is talking about. Or maybe they were ordered to sell the house and Colton got half of the proceeds. I remember Colton and Flagg treated him like he was supposed to be grateful Flagg even deigned to spend time with him. Flagg's mother even told him to get off it and start treating him like an equal.
  19. Two girls and a boy, if I recall correctly. What if their daughters are like me and don't get asked to the prom? They just totally wasted money on a house with a staircase they bought for the sole purpose of prom!
  20. Until the divorce is final, joint accounts are considered marital funds. My friend was going through a divorce and her husband was ordered by the court to replace funds he'd used from their joint account to pay for vacations with his affair. He also had to repay funds he'd used at strip clubs (to the tune of a couple thousand dollars). So yeah, Bobby is right about that, although I doubt Flagg's vacation spending resulted in him needing to go on food stamps. And yeah, the "co-listing" was totally for show drama Yay for Jim Palmer! Although the owner sure knew how to make him feel awkward.
  21. Well, these people "need" an office (which must not double as a guest room!) a "man cave", a guest room and a workout or craft or turtle room. With six bedrooms that only leaves two or three available bedrooms. And with three kids that means two will have to share. Never mind that the guest room or man cave or workout/craft room could be used as an actual bedroom.
  22. Flagg is incapable of seeing any faults in himself. If anyone calls him out or questions him he cries like a spoiled brat who was told they couldn't have a third serving of ice cream because there isn't any left. His mother has tried pointing this out but he scoffs and keeps doing things his way. He'll go through two dozen or more husbands and partners before he dies. And he'll die feeling sorry for himself because no one "understands" or "loves" him and he won't understand why everyone abandoned him. My 'father' is like this. None of his four wives "understood" him. As far as I know the geezer is alone in his old age. It's his fault.
  23. Flagg also cries when people don't fawn over him. And yeah, he didn't like Bobby pointing out when he was acting like a spoiled, entitled little brat. This new guy seems to know his job is to look pretty, fawn over Josh and never, ever disagree.
  24. It also bugged me when Tracy said she would not tolerate lateness but when her daughter pointed out she is frequently late she said "Well, I'm the boss so I can be late". Yeah, that doesn't fly with me. I do not subscribe to the "do as I say, not as I do" mindset. It also negates the illusion she tries to create of how hard working she is. Many true hard workers are the first ones in and the last ones to leave. They don't stroll in late. But of course if she shows up late she's not going to risk getting fired and being unable to pay her power bill.
  25. Tracy got her "first job" when she was 16? More like millionaire Daddy allowed her to hang out at the office and paid her for it. I doubt her pay got docked if she was late or decided to duck out to go hang with her friends. And her daughter wearing sloppy jeans and sneakers for the showing? Although I realize that was a staged showing for the show and not a real one. I don't resent the extremely wealthy for their wealth. I just get annoyed when some of them pretend they got their money from working hard and not because they were born into a multi millionaire family. I am interested to see how they portray the downturn in the real estate market. Properties are not flying off the market like they were in 2021 and early 2022.
