What I want to know is did the stepmother actress CHOOSE to give herself that haircut or was it A&E's idea to make her seem even more a Regina ripoff? I don't know if I find either an acceptable excuse, mostly just curious. If Henry and Cinders have the same chemistry onscreen they did in theone interview I saw with the actors, she's gonna walk ALL over him. So, basically a normal romance for this show.

So Henry manages to portal hop into a different realm without cars and poisonous smogs and the first thing he does is stink up the place with a motorcycle because he just has to look cool? He remains the worst.

Yeah, but he did the boob popping out thing too, so I'm gonna have to guess it's a request from above. Gross. One of the FIRST rules of shipping is that you can't force the ship. Fans like to "discover" the couple themselves; they like the excitement and uncertainty of a new ship, they like to be suprised and enthusiastic when they unexpectedly have a great moment. They don't like to be told "Here's a new ship you're gonna love, please market it for us by inventing a ship name!". It's also the reason why it's so dumb they're already declaring Henry and not!Ella True Love. What if the same thing happens as the last time a relative of Henry's had a kid too young with someone... and they have absolutely no chemistry and another ship is far more popular? Are they gonna walk back the TL stuff, give them a divorce, or force it? So so dumb. At the very least, they should have cast two/three Latina actresses of the right age, have Henry interact with all of them, and make "the mother" the one he had more chemistry with.

Honestly, I don't think any of the new castings will make a difference. But, it's undeniable that Adelaide has a passionate fandom of mostly young people.

I think Adelaide may count as a "younger" regular. She was on the CW until a few months ago, after all. I hope they have Lucy's mother's casting figured out very well. If something similar to the Neal-Hook mishap happens, where Henry ends up with a woman who's not his child's bio mama, ESPECIALLY if the mom is a WOC and the woman he ends up with is white, there'll be a wank of epic proportions. Which they can avoid by casting the mom well. Of course, assuming people will care enough for OUAT to wank about it!

This is a chicken and egg situation: did they stop caring about him and thus decide to dump him, or did they decide to dump him and therefore stopped caring about him? It's so stupid, too, because when you decide to kill off a character, good storytelling tells you to make him super-important so the death will be more impactful. But, nope. I still believe not having Rumple be the one to kill Neal to cast the curse in 3B was a huge missed opportunity TBH.

It's strange that they didn't ask Rebecca to come back. From her letter, she seems willing, and with JMo not being back, they have the budget for one more regular.

It was definitely made worse in the case of Castle by the fact that ABC fired two female characters (not just Stana) while re-signing all the male ones. And obviously the fact that it wasn't her choice. All the rumors about the two leads not getting along added to the fans' resentment, because many speculated that Nathan asked for Stana not to be back.

Both the "main" choices in the German election are very reasonable. Merkel will probably win, but even if she doesn't it'll be fine.

Colin is tied to OUAT, so if the show doesn't want to use him for next season, they'll simply not "pick up" his option. He doesn't get paid if that's the case. ABC could obviously try to hire him for something else, if they like him and think he has potential. Sometimes actors get deals with networks where the network develops a project for the actor to star in, what are they called... developing deals? I'm not sure. But Colin may also prefer not to be tied up with one network and get out and audition for a few different projects. Does someone have the character description for the new guy? Did it say someone about him being once full of hope and then becoming bitter, because it could fit with WishWorld!Henry who was full of hope and then in the span of a couple of days, his grandparents were murdered and his mother disappeared.

Well, it could mean the old storylines in SB are ending and a new one (in a different realm, the Wish Realm) is beginning.

You guys are smart, and you're right. A WishVerse reboot is the perfect solution. I wouldn't hate it. I mean, I probably still wouldn't watch it, but it wouldn't sour my memories of the show the same way them continuing current!Hook's storyline without Emma would.

I hope ABC realizes, like they did with Castle, that you can't just split up the main couple. So either it ends or the Charmings + CS are off screen and it continues with new character (and Regina) in the same "universe".

At this point, Colin needs to leave too. If it's renewed, they (and Snowing) can get the happily ever after, and Once can continue with what A&E really want to do, Regina's story.
