It is pretty striking the difference between the publicity push for the latest seasons for Once, where they had all but given up, and the push for Sun Dogs, which I'm guessing was coordinated by someone who could actually do their job over at Netflix.

Soooo... the reason JMo couldn’t direct in previous seasons “because of contract reasons” was because otherwise Lana would complain. And while renegotiating for the new season, she clearly had them add it to her contract. Okay.

This show really knows how to bring the romance.

Of course Hivey is a thing. A&E were trying to create the new Snowing and they created the new Swan Queen instead (hero + villain). I'm saying SQ and not CS because CS was intentional.

Yeah, seriously. This is actually great for the only people I care about, CS and Snowing. They are together and happy with all their friends, Emma gets another chance to be a mom with a child who's hopefully gonna be less annoying and will have zero Bagel genes, and they don't even have to pretend to be friends with Regina and Rumple anymore. If someone had asked me to say what my ideal ending was for OUAT, I would have totally said this while being resigned to the fact that Emma would NEVER get rid of Regina. AND YET SHE DID. Of course, A&E did all this *without* meaning to create the greatest happy ending ever. Their obsession with Rumple and Regina, for once in their/our lives, played out in our favour. EDIT: also, you know what's gonna be great? How they're doing the above because they want to make Ivy the new Abigail and instead they'll have people shipping Henry and Ivy because they're that incompetent. Quote me on this, people WILL ship this more than they ship him with Murderella.

According to the theory though, both Hooks would eventually get to be with Emma. Present!Hook would need to help Henry in Hyperion first, but then he'd be his turn... I guess?

Everything about Murderella (thanks to Camera One for coming up with that, it's hilarious and I'm using it forever) is so try hard. Of course the actress says "she's no damsel in distress"! Of course she punches a random guy who did nothing to her and steals his bike! Of course she can learn instantly to ride a bike! Of course she's the type to infiltrate a castle filled with guards and start throwing punches! And of course she has a cursed love interest in the real world - because Adam and Eddy just don't get how skeevy and rapey it is. I'm gonna start shipping Henry with Tiana and Druzilla and even Lady Tremaine out of pure contrarianism.

Well, Alice and Adelaide Kane (sorry, forgot her name) look the best. Does that mean Adelaide will be a regular since she's getting a photo? Hook looks like he always does. And the "happy family" picture looks like those people were photoshopped together, which they probably were.

IDC about the rest of the episode, just want to know what's the CS related moment? Has that been spoiled?

Because who doesn't find writer's block absolutely fascinating? Why, we could even enjoy several scenes of Henry staring sadly at a typewriter, which he would obviously use instead of a PC because he's just that Real.

It's gonna be so awkward when Henry has more chemistry with Regina than Cinders, just you wait.

Yeah, they look mismatched in age. Henry looks 20, she looks like she's pushing 40. Now, I would be all for it if it turned out she's supposed to be older in the story, but I'm guessing not. It's also really awkward regarding her clothing because the way they're pushing her breasts looks SO purposeful. Like sometimes a woman's breasts are on the bigger side so when wearing a low cut dress, they're obviously gonna be noticeable. But this actress has small-ish breasts and they're pushing them SO HARD, you can see how much they want you to notice them. It's skeevy.
