Austin being booted was best for Liz. She has a better record than him but he always over-shadowed her game. He was seen as the spokesperson of the Austwins and if he was in F2 with her she was going to lose. Now her fate is in her own hands. I hope she can see past her emotions to the game.

These people with their Vanessa goggles on will likely boot Vanessa instead of thinking about Liz and her two guaranteed jury votes. Even if Vanessa is next to go, she provided the moment of the season for me finally getting rid of Austin.

Well Vanessa did it. Wow. Now I'm worried about Steve taking her out. Maybe Austin's outburst may make people rethink keeping Liz who has 2 automatic jury votes if she makes F2.

I'm anxious to know the final outcome. A part of me is glad we have no idea. I think if Steve stays, he feels Vanessa is too dangerous to keep past F4 and Liz is beatable in F3 by him and John. I think the fact that 6S / Scamper Squad were too good at winning comps this season hurt Vanessa. The other side of the house hardly won and when they did they made short sighted decisions on who to evict instead of thinking of the long game. Vanessa has gotten accused of "over-playing" but I think it's more that she assumed the other side had some alliances/game plan when they didn't. It's a shame she'll likely be out by F4 because I would like her to win.

I hate that Steve may be the downfall of Vanessa. I would have expected it from Austin but I hate that Steve might be the one to do it if they keep him. If that happens and it's Steve/John/Liz F3 then I may just root for Liz to win and John to get 2nd place.

I agree. It's even better for Liz because in F2, Austin would beat her just on the fact he's a dude. This would actually be a good move for John/Steve because Vanessa would be the bad person and no one is going to pick Vanessa for F3. In this scenario, they only way I see her staying is if she wins veto. John and Steve should absolutely prefer to go F3 with Liz. As a Vanessa fan, I want her to win because she's played this entire game. However, the one person I don't want to win if she's evicted is Austin.

I think perhaps John is not going all in on saying he'd save Steve so he doesn't spook Vanessa. She's already nervous that they have a F2 so he can't seem so eager. At least that's what I hope because I would love an Austin blindside eviction.

Finally Vanessa makes sense in rationalizing that Austin is better to get out this week but the decision rests on John. I have no idea what he is going to do.

Having John in the game is Vanessa's worst possible scenario. She has no way to know what he will do next week. Liztin would be tempted to take him, Steve wants to take him...she's odd woman out. I really wonder what her play is here. If this season ends in John/Steve F2 I will be disappointed.

Vanessa is already working on her strategy for F4. With John winning veto, does she go for one of Liztin or get rid of Steve now...at least it's not boring! Vanessa is in quite the pickle. If she gets out of this, she needs to win this game.

On paper it does make sense you would nominate the power couple and stick with John and Steve. However, with the house dynamics, I think Vanessa sees that if she goes into F4 with one of Liztin gone, John/Steve won't be picking her for F3. By getting rid of John she is basically forcing Steve's hand. Either go into F3 with Liztin or take one out at F4. It's her best shot at surviving next week. If Liztin win HOH, maybe they still screw her over but maybe they honor that F3 deal. If John is there, they are taking John over her no question. With Steve, she has a shot of staying over him. I think taking out the goats is the right thing since she's such a huge threat and needs someone somewhat equally threatening as her sitting next to her on the block. Either way she has to win the POV next week.

It's all so stupid because the fact that an innocent person - TJ - was kidnapped to be used as bait to shoot Sonny should be major red flags. This is one of the reasons why Michael fought for custody of AJ. But not in this town, instead we'll have a hospital wing dedicated to Sonny while the entire town pays respects to him. How long until TJ emancipates himself and takes Sonny's name. I don't know why I even bother getting off the barge to watch this but it's like my brain refuses to believe what's happening.

Vanessa is in a tough spot because Steve has planned all along to take John to F2 and cut Vanessa. She knows Liztin will always pick each other over her. Even with watching the feeds and hearing the DRs I still don't know which moves is best for her games so I can't fault her since she's only going with the information she has and gut feelings. I think she knows she has to win POV next week no matter what.

Liz is telling Julia to tell John tomorrow that she thinks Vanessa has deals with everyone in the house and she can't be trusted. Like the people who actually evicted him are more trustworthy than the person he knows lies but in her actions has actually helped him. This should be interesting if John wins HOH this week. I have no idea what he's going to do. Liz also said if Steve wins veto and she's HOH she's putting Vanessa up as renom to vote her out. I think what irks me the most is the twins are talking about Vanessa playing all sides of the house when the twins just two weeks ago did the same exact thing. Their entitlement that someone in a F6 with twins and Showmance wouldn't make a move to better their odds of winning. I want Vanessa to win this game however unlikely but if she's gone I'd settle for Steve or John as I definitely don't want and Austwin to win. I guess I'm a bitter viewer. :)

Maybe the fact that Vanessa doesn't need the money gives her the latitude to roll the dice on her moves more than another would in her place. There are arguments to keeping either twin in the game but as a viewer, maybe a strong F5, with just John as the weakest link is not a bad thing to watch. I think Vanessa is playing the odds of her surviving next week. After that, her fate in the game is all on her. ETA: Also, Vanessa has already suffered the fall out for making a move (with the Jason eviction) and bearing the brunt of that decision when her alliance didn't back her. Like I stated earlier, I believe If Steve and John were more vocal and convincing that they were all in with her maybe she'd be more willing to go directly against the Austwins.

I think part of the reason Vanessa is playing along with the twins is that Steve gives her nothing. If Steve gave her more incentive to pick his side then I think she'd go all in with John and Steve for now. Instead every time Vanessa tries to talk game with Steve, he deflects and acts all squirelly which she picks up on. John doesn't really give her anything either so Vanessa probably feels in her mind she has to survive at least through this next eviction without winning HOH and she can't count on them. She probably knows she's not likely to win this game but at least if she makes it F4 her fate is in her own hands.

I really dislike Austin and hope whatever he plans backfires. The Austwins would have never gotten this far without Vanessa's help. Is she supposed to let the Austwins just push her out? Why do they think Vanessa double crossed them when all of Scamper Squad made it - wasn't the deal to get to the end and then duke it out? They are they so entitled! Also, do they think John forgot how the Austwins turned on him and basically got him evicted?

The Austwins are being foolish. Even if they "expose" Vanessa, why would anyone take her out before taking out the Showmance (humoring for a second that Liz stays). Even if it's Austin/Julia, Austin would never nominate a twin and he's most likely to win so he'd still be a target. It doesn't make sense that anyone would take a out a solo player over a solid pair especially so close to the end. I don't know why they feel so entitled that anyone should want to have Austwins in the game at the end so they are outnumbered and lose. ETA: I hate that the megaphone guy happened. Will it affect John's actions when Austwins tell him Vanessa has deals with everyone?

Austin strutting around the house still wearing the POV is not helping his case with Liz. I'm upset he won veto, I was so hoping he was the one leaving. The smart play is to put up Julia and vote out Liz but who knows at this point what Steve would do.

Vanessa went from the entire house target to F6. No matter what happens next, that's a feat.

Vanessa has already got Austin thinking of throwing HOH and how he needs a twin gone because he's in a tough situation. Hopefully Steve or John can pull off a win and take out an Austwin, preferably Liz.

Vanessa showed Steve that Austwins were playing all sides and only agreed to put Julia up because it gave the Austwins a reason to vote out Meg while keeping the door open to work with James again. That should be a red flag. Keeping both Meg and James, Austin will try to work with them and Liz would likely join them. They don't know for sure that James would go for Austin/Liz in that situation so who does that leave to put on the block. I think taking out Julia lessens James urgency of turning on Austin/Liz first because they are now a duo. Plus Meg gives James awful advice. I think the better play for Steve is to take out Meg, then gun for the Austwins in the double. If they take out Julia, which is seeming like could be very likely, John and Steve better be prepared to battle it out and have a solid plan moving forward.

Steve was so out of the loop he didn't realize he lost the power struggle with Meg/James for the Austwins when he and John went on the block.

Vanessa has perfectly laid out to Steve all the reasons to not vote out Julia this week. She is correct about the dynamics and incentives if they kept Meg (for her game).

I'm starting the think that the Megaphone man got into John's head. Let's see what happens, because if they do this they put a huge target on their backs. Will they take that risk and hope to win DE? We shall see. ETA: LOL, imagine if Meg doesn't go home and she didn't even really campaign.
