If Boob took it off the market the plan could be that Derick and Jill save up money for a down payment and when they have what is comfortable for them, Boob puts the listing back up for maybe a lower purchase price. Derick and Jill buys the property and the temporary living arrangement then will become permanent.

The house was listed for $1.530M. I think they really need to be more careful. There's enough online information to find the house..

i've never thought about a pre-nup and am not sure if it has any significance with the Duggars. If it does, I wonder if Jill has one and if Jessa will too. I feel that Ben's dad may be the one who wants him to get half.

Josh's look when Boob told him that Jill and Derick will be living in the big house was priceless. I saw jealousy there. I loved when Joy Anna said that they didn't have the "mansion" when Josh and Anna got married and that it's their fault that they didn't wait.

Ben's talk is cheap. Yes, it's okay to state that you will do this and you will do that but if would be nice if he could explain how he thinks they could be accomplished. But then again I don't think he knows what he is talking about less so how it could be done. Spewing words is easier for him. If he wants to feed the hungry he could do it now, like maybe volunteering to work at a soup kitchen or other charitable groups.

Holy shitsu! Since Jessa does not really cook they'll either be eating out a lot or going over to her parent's. And as for the expensive furniture, for sure they can't afford it so they're probably hoping some sorry sap out there will get it for them.

Of all the older Duggar girls, Joy Anna IMO is the most endowed and it is funny that you read her saying bustier.

I can't see Jessa and Ben having a whole new house for themselves. Especially if it's going to be one as big as the parents. I was thinking maybe separate wings for future couples. Ugh, I hope not though. I wish that when the others marry they would live at least outside of the compound.

I think Pa Seewald doesn't mind how things have been set-up. His son is on the gravy train and more chances for the Seewald family to be on it too.

It seems Jill may have been planning to go back all along. Good for her. I hope her morning sickness isn't one that lasts throughout her pregnancy. Yeah, Dan seems to be wishing for a nephew.

Derick's brother Dan commented: Umm this is easily my favorite picture of anything nephew-related yet. This is the second time he's referred to the baby as a he. Do they already know the gender?

IIRC, when they were in New York and walked into that bridal shop, Jessa refused to try on a gown until after she was engaged. But who knows, she may have had a change of mind and was thinking that a proposal was coming, and did order one the same time as Jill.

I got to read Derick's OSU Pistol Pete oral interview. Here's a very short excerpt from his interview: I told my mom that fall that I wanted to try out for Pistol Pete. I told her for sure I was going to do it that spring, but I didn’t want her to tell my dad because I wanted to surprise him. I thought, how cool would it be to be able to call him up after I was chosen as Pistol Pete and be like, “Hey, Dad, guess what? I’m Pistol Pete just like you.” But I didn’t tell a lot of people either. Then January 18, that spring, my mom was driven to Stillwater by our pastor, and she told me that my dad had died that morning. So, it was hard for me because I never got the opportunity to tell him that I wanted to try out for Pistol Pete.

I'm happy for Dill's mom too. I didn't realize she was adopted and that her first grandbaby is going to be as she said, her 3rd blood relative in the world.

From the pic I saw it was hard to tell but I also thought it was round.

My ring is .33 carats also and I still love and wear after all these years. Because of weight gain it didn't fit for a few years and I had to put them away and wear my promise ring instead. Then one day I figured it would fit again and when I took it out of the box I found it surrounded by some small diamonds my DHB had our jeweler add on without me knowing. I don't know if Jessa was hoping for something better but she may love her ring just the way it is. edited for a mispelling.

I agree about the antics but I don't think they will be able to hold much of a conversation, especially Ben.

I'm going with twins but unsure of gender combination.

My first thoughts were honeymoon baby and couldn't they wait a few more weeks before announcing it? I was really hoping they would wait, get to know each other and enjoy being married but, I guess that was too much to hope for. I'm not a big fan of Jessa and Ben as a couple but I hope that they aren't upset that it has been announced days after their engagement.

Did she ever say Ben takes her breath away every time she sees him? Her new love. Seilfies with just her and her ring.
