That's true, she has every right to be upset with him about that. Quote And yeah, he was hard on her. Using her insecurities on her like that when she had been honest with him is the absolute worst. Didn't she do the same? He told her about being treated like crap at school and when they get there, she joins right in with those same people with that mixtape crack. She only did that because she was pissed at him. 1 Link to comment
Catfi9ht March 8, 2019 Share March 8, 2019 (edited) I realize I'm super late to the party, but I just finished The Originals and thought I'd give this show a shot. So, I'm in the minority when it comes to the characters. I think Hope is obnoxious when she's acting like she's super special and knows everything and I enjoyed the awkward, unsure vibe Landon gave off this week. Overall, I think this show is at its best when it humanizes the characters instead of making them super awesome at everything. I thought this episode worked because each character had some identity or confidence issue they were dealing with. I'm glad there's not too much teenage drama or I'd have to tune out. So far, this show has surprised me with the MOTW stories instead of making teen melodrama the focus. ETA: The werewolf alpha BS is a non-starter for me. Egotism bores me and is the least evolved of human traits. The less they show of that, the better. Edited March 8, 2019 by Catfi9ht 2 Link to comment
