It wasn't a cheap shot at all.  Meghan was once again talking about Trump supporters and their sad sorry lot in life when Whoopi correctly pointed out those same problems are felt by black people as well.  Most people would have said yes you are right and continued to make her point but poor little Meghan had to play the victim.  She is incapable and unwilling to have a rational debate about anything political.  Even when someone agrees with her she gets antagonistic.
