I think that first season of college was a highlight of fashion don't (basically they just did all of Judy's/Wet Seal/Contempo).  

Also, how was Dylan's Baja shirt not on the list?

I shamefully admit to the high soled flip flop and the giant heeled PLATFORM shoes.  Sometimes I wonder how I ever got laid in the 90s.
