They are almost done with the podcast, and they finally got Ben. It was very good. It is quite impressive that they got pretty much every regular at least once. I can’t think of anyone missing. Some guest stars didn’t show up, particularly the actors who played Oliver and Johnny. I generally liked the podcast, the quality of the episodes were quite dependent on the guest. But good thing that a good number of them were entertaining. Not just the famous people, but some of the directors and behind the scenes folks. Michael Cassidy was my favourite guest.

Last month I read Welcome to the OC, an oral history.  I highly recommend it. It was so good it made me want to rewatch the show.  I'm almost through season three and I have to say seasons 2 and 3 while not as good as season one aren't that bad.  There was definitely some missteps.  I had completely forgotten Jeri Ryan was in season three.  That was such a misstep it wasn't even mentioned in the book.

Hello, I just was wandering if anyone else don't really like Marissa? I recently started The O.C. and i am still on season 1 so i dont know, maybe she'll be better. But for now she really is annoying me, like at the beginning she was with Luke but when Ryan showed up she suddenly started to spend more time with him and totallly flirting with him, telling Luke he's just a friend and then leater she ends up being with Ryan (I obviously know Luke was a jerk then and she did good breaking up with him) but now this guy Oliver showed up and again Marissa spends more time with Oliver and trusts him more than her own boyfriend I understand she relates to him because he's also going to the psychiatrist but still this guy is totally suspicious.

Okay i watched the show further and I guess Oliver messed with my mind just like with theirs. I am glad everything worked out
