ElectricBoogaloo October 26, 2016 Share October 26, 2016 After Jess announces that she is ready to date again, Schmidt pushes her to give her workout partner, Robby, a fighting chance. Then, when Cece hires a hunky new bartender, Nick struggles to understand male beauty, while Winston's newfound confidence makes him irresistible. Link to comment
iMonrey November 16, 2016 Share November 16, 2016 Wow, this show is so dead. Not even one comment so far. Well, I hope they have moved past any possibility of Jess and Robbie, although I'll be interested to see if there is any follow up where she does break up with him or if they just write him off. The show has totally run out of steam. 2 Link to comment
luna1122 November 16, 2016 Share November 16, 2016 Maybe, but I thought last night's episode was legitimately hilarious. I laughed a lot. 7 Link to comment

vibeology November 16, 2016 Share November 16, 2016 I didn't say anything originally because I really don't like Robbie so for me so much of this episode was annoying. I also thought Nick's "gay panic" storyline wasn't great. I did love everyone calling him out on it but I really didn't enjoy it. Winston, as always, was a delight. I do like Schmidt as a good friend to Jess and it was nice having him be there for her throughout this plot rather than Cece or Nick. He made me laugh the most. When he took the scarf out of the box and it kept going and going, I was dying laughing. The physical comedy was small but really effective. I think his arc over the course of the show has been really strong and I'm happy to see all of his growth. This guy who is proud and excited to see Cece take a risk and is kind to Jess when things went so very wrong with Robbie isn't the same guy who needed a douchebag jar. 1 Link to comment
iMonrey November 17, 2016 Share November 17, 2016 Quote I also thought Nick's "gay panic" storyline wasn't great. I'm not sure that's what it was. I've known guys who swear they can't tell what guys are attractive. Is that "gay panic?" Maybe. I find it hard to believe - you don't have to be attracted to your own gender to recognize who's attractive and who isn't. 3 Link to comment
Tony November 17, 2016 Share November 17, 2016 Another episode where Jess is the weakest character of the bunch. 1 Link to comment

I don't feel Nick is homophobic at all. I think he honestly couldn't tell what attributes of the model were "attractive" or how to see "attractive" from someone he wasn't attracted to...
