I wonder how long it will take for "Here Comes the General" to stop going through my head every time Christopher Jackson's character walks into a scene.

I just learned the Christopher Jackson is in Bull thing today, and I am totally going to be hearing "Here Comes the General" every time he comes into a scene. I think it might add a little something to the series, in general. I hope the composer sticks a little bit of that motif into the soundtrack, at least for the first episode.

Dear script writers, if you frequent these boards - I have but two requests: that "I'm gonna need a right hand man" somehow get incorporated into Christopher Jackson's lines at some point, and that some other character at some point says, "It must be nice to have you on their side" to Christopher Jackson's character.

I know it'll never happen since the shows air on different networks but it would be all sort of 'Hamilton' fun if there was a crossover episode with Black-ish since Daveed Diggs will be appearing on it.

It must be nice it must be niiiiiice, to have Thomas Jefferson coming home...

Daveed's character walks on and his first line is, "So, what did I miss?"

Although when I visualize that, it's followed by a sitcom audience cheer. Which would work for Black-ish, but not so much for Bull.

I assume the script writers are not just there to throw in Hamilton Easter eggs (although the NCIS ones did for Jon Cryer's first appearance on NCIS, so who knows), but one or two of these would be nice. :)

Among my problems with the show are the performances of Freddy Rodriguez and Christopher Jackson, neither of whom portray the characters as they are written.  When they have dialogue, I wait impatiently for them to finish so the show can continue.  Michael Weatherly is fair but as directed is mostly a collection of facial ticks and raised eyebrows; as deep as a rain puddle.  Alternatively, Geneva Carr and Jaime Lee Kirchner seem to be real humans and inhabit their characters well.
