ElectricBoogaloo January 11, 2016 Share January 11, 2016 (edited) Another passenger arrives dead at LAX, and the lieutenant has finally been diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. The gang goes undercover aboard an airplane to catch the killer in the act. The only problem? The lieutenant doesn't believe in antibiotics. GaJenn January 18, 2016 Share January 18, 2016 I had already said that this shows humor reminds me of "Airplane!" and "Naked Gun", then I saw this episode. It had me cracking up! Link to comment
Rough Draft January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 I'd like to think I get most of the dumb jokes on this show, but there's one in this episode that stumps me. It's the one where the Captain is asking his smartphone (or whatever it is) how to fly a Boeing 767, and the artificial voice answers "playing 'You've got a Friend' by James Taylor". I just don't get it. Can anybody explain that one to me? Link to comment
AndreaK1041 January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 It's a joke about how shitty voice recognition software is. I remember my mother driving down the road repeated yelling "play satellite station 23!!!" And it telling her directions to Burger King or something. This joke made me laugh a lot. 2 Link to comment

I liked the reverse joke when the captain asked for "You've Got a Friend" and got instructions for how to fly a Boeing 767. 3 Link to comment
Rough Draft January 20, 2016 Share January 20, 2016 Thanks! I guess I was over-thinking the joke, but now it makes more sense. Link to comment
dubbel zout January 20, 2016 Share January 20, 2016 I also loved how Geils ran the length of the plane (and a long length it was) without ever running into Angie or her cousin. His expression when he reached the aft galley was great. Link to comment
Milburn Stone January 20, 2016 Share January 20, 2016 I loved how they found a different kind of reason for that guy to vomit. And so conveniently! Link to comment
