They kind of favor the physical elimination contests.  Maybe they figure it makes for better TV, even if there's a big mismatch.

 

Now they flip the script and says you have to battle your blood.  Would be funny if Johnny Bananas has to fight his meathead cousin, whom he probably chose for being so big, in an elimination contest.
