cooksdelight February 4, 2015 Author Share February 4, 2015 Those guys were assholes. Disrespecting food, picking up meat off the floor, tossing bread under the carts. I don't want to eat at a Roast. Ever. 1 Link to comment
Bella February 5, 2015 Share February 5, 2015 So true. Very arrogant guys. I always wonder if the rejected team would have done better. I do think that the trio from Omaha didn't think through their business plan, so of course Joe and Tim couldn't have gone with them. Link to comment
cooksdelight February 5, 2015 Author Share February 5, 2015 I always want to see the team they don't pick. I was dying for some of their biscuits and gravy. Link to comment
Shibori February 6, 2015 Share February 6, 2015 The asshole in the cowboy shirt (as opposed to the other asshole) was Steve Agee doing a performance art thing, right? Link to comment
jcbrown February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 I always want to see the team they did not pick, too. Every episode so far, that has been the case. I watched the beginning of this one, read the comments here to see they did not improve from their assholery in the beginning, and fast forwarded through the rest of the episode. Blech. Ellee February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 He reminded me of a combination of Ron White and Gary Busey. I was thinking Tom Arnold. And, I agree with those saying they would rather have seen the other concept. Link to comment
cooksdelight February 7, 2015 Author Share February 7, 2015 Yes, add Tom Arnold in there also. The guy was just obnoxious as anyone I've ever seen on a cooking competition. Link to comment
junemeatcleaver February 8, 2015 Share February 8, 2015 John and Whit were so obnoxious. Whit had to be angling for a Food Network or Travel Channel show gig. Link to comment
jackjill89 March 7, 2015 Share March 7, 2015 Just saw this episode last night. I hated those two and hoped they'd get the rug pulled out from under them and not get a deal. They are such tools! Whoever said they disrespected the food was right. They were just complete and utter a-holes…especially the money guy. I wanted to reach inside my TV and slap them. Link to comment
