Rhondinella March 15, 2014 Share March 15, 2014 One of the most unusual characters I've ever seen on TV. And that's a very, very good thing. 2 Link to comment

ApathyMonger March 15, 2014 Share March 15, 2014 I really like Elsbeth, but I don't think I agree with the people who hope she appears regularly/semi-regularly once her True Blood contract ends this year. I think she's best used tactically, and dropping in for a few episodes a season suits her. 3 Link to comment
Lisin March 16, 2014 Share March 16, 2014 @ApathyMonger, I could not agree more. I really like the way she's used now, I'd hate to get sick of her. Link to comment
Rhondinella March 17, 2014 Author Share March 17, 2014 Co-signed. 3-4 times a season is the most I'd want her around. 1 Link to comment
Tara Ariano March 17, 2014 Share March 17, 2014 As promised, here's my post on her! 1 Link to comment
Rhondinella March 18, 2014 Author Share March 18, 2014 Tara--Loved your observation about her quirks coming from an authentic place about who she is. They do really feel central to her character, rather than just tacked on in order to make her seem wacky. Big props to the acting for that, I'm guessing. (IOW--She really deserved that Emmy). 1 Link to comment
hiccup March 23, 2014 Share March 23, 2014 Love Elsbeth!! I agree with the other posters, that she should only appear every now and then. As an example, when Eli joined Lockhart Gardner, and was appearing in more episodes, he lost some of his charm. Please don't let that happen to Elsbeth! 1 Link to comment
