possibilities Yest. at 05:23 AM Share Yest. at 05:23 AM I enjoyed Melody's story this week more than Robin's. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152164-s05e10-dirty-sexy-money/#findComment-8596595
Trini Yest. at 05:59 AM Author Share Yest. at 05:59 AM Yeah, I think I was digging the side stories more than the main case. Although I did like Robyn and Dante working together. I'm not sure where they're heading with Vi and Curtis, but I like that the complications with their relationship seems natural, and not manufactured. I did like Dee and Mel's sweaters, but no real fashion highlights for me. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152164-s05e10-dirty-sexy-money/#findComment-8596610
KWalkerInc 22 hours ago Share 22 hours ago I thought it was out of character for Robyn to slip up and get spotted so easily on the roof. Usually if she gets caught, it's from someone unexpectedly sneaking up from behind or something. But I guess they needed a complication before the last commercial break to set up the fight scenes. The gamer guys who stole the money were lucky that the strip club owner/mobster didn't just kill them immediately and have his goons pack the money for him. I guess he just wanted to screw with them some (and maybe wasn't even going to kill them--his comment about how he didn't care about their lives, just wanted his money was ambiguous). I feel bad for Robyn's clients, but it would be worse if their son were dead instead of just going to prison. There's often someone close to the client, like a girlfriend or the son in this case, who will appear seemingly innocuous in the beginning and just have a few lines; but will turn out to be involved in the crime. I noticed the son at first, but then forgot because they had moved on to the red herring of the security guard's girlfriend who it turned out liked to have sex on the money. I glad that Mel is doing well and got to make progress with her father. I liked the conversation with her mom in the car and her mom referring to dad's "b.s.." The stuff throughout about Harry and the impish smile was cute. Delilah should be glad that Miles was just nagging her about college in their offscreen story and not trying to pry info about Robyn's dating life. Robyn's face when Delilah pretended to have mentioned her boyfriend to him was funny, and I liked that Robyn said she and Dante were "Instagram-official" but aren't actually on Instagram. I think that Vi will probably continue to see Curtis. They will probably at some point explore more of the conflict of him being opposed to the equalizing, unless that was just done initially to highlight their differences. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152164-s05e10-dirty-sexy-money/#findComment-8596664
