Trini February 17 Share February 17 Alec helps Rose when an attorney general is threatened by a scandalous deep fake video that puts lives in danger. The head of Rose's firm arrives from Europe and gets entangled in their case work, leading Alec to do an experiment. Rodney February 19 Share February 19 From early on, I knew that Olivia would have involvement. But I thought that she'd be the culprit (and she was, but not of the murder). Then, when the reporter was murdered, I suspected that it was Viento, the black woman. Didn't suspect Lockwood at all and was stunned when he was revealed to be the culprit. Rose is, as usual, so divine. She and Alec work so wonderfully together. I'm still hoping that, should this get a season three, they convince Karen David to move up to a main character. So Kylie was freezing out one of the programmers who likewise froze her out in one of the earlier episodes? I would've een reluctant to talk to her again, too, had I been she. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151941-s02e14-the-milgram-experiment/#findComment-8585038
Trini February 19 Author Share February 19 I mostly liked this episode; Rose being present does seem to elevate things. It also helped that Kylie was integrated into the main plot, and also had her own C-plot. I liked that they focused on only one experiment/concept and applied the implications to several of the plots. And that several characters had some growth over the episode. Since this show seems required to include certain story components in each episode, I wish they could all be as well composed as in this one. A couple of downsides, however: it was obvious that the daughter made the video (to me, anyway); and it was obvious that reporter was going to get killed. Because does anything good ever happen in a parking garage on TV?? 1 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151941-s02e14-the-milgram-experiment/#findComment-8585044

peeayebee February 23 Share February 23 I liked this one, but I wasn't sure about something. Why would people think the AG had the reporter killed? What would he gain from it? That didn't make sense to me. Of course he was innocent of that, but the suppositions from the killing bothered me. I thought the classroom experiment was a good thing. Not sure it really did anything but make Rose irritated at Alec. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151941-s02e14-the-milgram-experiment/#findComment-8588454
