Paloma January 24 Share January 24 Watched the first two episodes and think I'm out. The writing and acting seem worse than the first season (and that's saying something), and I don't really know or care what's going on. Also, I had to laugh at the way Peter spilled all the secrets to Rose after only the slightest resistance. He should have taken the advice from his boss when he was about to begin training that there was no shame in quitting at that point. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151547-s02e02-disconnected/#findComment-8562721
Rickster January 24 Share January 24 Interesting. We’re 3 episodes in and think it’s vastly better than the first season. 2 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151547-s02e02-disconnected/#findComment-8562723
Snazzy Daisy January 25 Share January 25 Rose inserting herself into Peter’s business, AGAIN. 🙄 That head shot nearly gives me a heart attack! Peter should have brought Warren to a Night Action’s secure location to be properly interrogated. Peter making a promise to talk to Ethan about Warren proves that he has good sense of responsibility, surely because of what happened with his own dad. Expand Sorry, just have to laugh at these two posts being back to back. 😁 I hate to say it, but I'm with @Paloma on this. It's just bad. They took a show with an interesting premise - two "ordinary" people who turned out to be spies, and two people unwittingly thrust into the spy life - and made it just another spy show. And a horribly dull one at that. Now, if they'd make a prequel series, concentrating on Lorna (the older woman/ex-night agent who said fuck every 3 words and then got killed) and Rose's aunt & uncle, and maybe also younger versions of Farr and Michelle, then yeah, I'd be in for that. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151547-s02e02-disconnected/#findComment-8576396
