iMonrey February 19 Share February 19 Finally. People I have actually heard of and care about. I listen to Dax's podcast sometimes, he has been very open about his childhood and his parents, etc. When they showed a photo of his father at a young age I was gobsmacked, he's a dead ringer for him! 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151538-s11e7-the-ties-that-bind/#findComment-8585299
blueray February 21 Share February 21 I thought that too. I honestly haven't been watching as it's more fun when it's someone I've heard of. I found this episode interesting. I liked how normal and nice they both seemed. They were relatable. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151538-s11e7-the-ties-that-bind/#findComment-8587202
Mermaid Under February 24 Share February 24 Quote I liked how normal and nice they both seemed. They were relatable. Expand I'm less familiar with their work, beyond knowing their names and that they are married, which I get from various news bytes. Both of them seemed to have truly honest reactions, and gave thoughtful replies. They seemed to have prepared for the inevitable "how does that make you feel" or worse "how do you think your {long dead relative that you never knew} felt. I was surprised that they didn't find that (like Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon) that these two were distant DNA cousins. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151538-s11e7-the-ties-that-bind/#findComment-8589829
