Helen taking Stephen’s phone back to her house and taunting “Repair Shop” are so foolish and reckless. She should’ve cloned his phone instead.

And why TF Helen watching the recordings of Stephen being tortured in public, in the middle of an event no less. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Quote

“A door closes, a window opens.”

So, Reed has already planted flirty Dani and she’s ready to play. Ouch.

Lenny has a habit of withholding information from her triggerman to avoid any hesitations. She didn’t tell Sam about his father and also about how young Hector was.

I am still really enjoying this show.  Keira Knightley and Sara Lancashire are always a guarantee win for me.  I have only seen Ben Whishaw once before in A Very British Scandal and I am really enjoying him in this, too.

Random observation: Keira Knightley looks nothing at all like Catherine, Princess of Wales but there have been a number of times while watching this where I think she looks just like her.  It's obviously the similar long hair that is doing it but it has been uncanny a couple of times.  Anyone else seeing it?

Helen simply calling the baddies without any precautions was beyond stupid.

I enjoyed the bit of Tarantino in the car with the three assassins and the backstory of Sam and Helen's friendship. Despite all the annoying flashbacks to their respective twu luvs these two are show's OTP.

Sam's first wet job being his Dad was soo cliché it almost hurt.

The acting in this show is top-notch and what keeps me watching, too bad the writing is not of the same quality.

The use of “Santa Baby” song for the warehouse scene is perfect. The way it’s being played (from a background noise to a sharper focus) totally feels eerie.

The two female killers are kinda funny.

"I'm not letting you launch an RPG in Pelham (?)".

So Sam killed his own father, but can't bring himself to kill Hector Newman?

Also, what is Black Doves that they insert a woman into a British gov't official's life and use him to get info to sell?  Apparently we're rooting for a bunch of rather shady characters?

I don't care actually I am enjoying this quite a bit, even with the plot holes.
