I agree - she acts like she has been doing a lot of self-reflection, and then comes out with saying how she needs to give HERSELF grace! So ridiculous, and sure isn't doing anything to make her look better to the viewers. (Although I do realize that she is definitely being set up to be this season's most hated person. Followed closely by Madison. I don't think anyone takes Karla seriously, so she is more amusing at this point. Except to Juan.)

I think it's this generation's "overthinking" and in doing so, not being able to just enjoy the moment. I think that you can do that and NOT be narcissistic and self-centered but I think M&M are managing both with flying colors so far this season.

I think she is mean-she tried to punish Juan and ruin his day, but he called her out on it instead, so she ended up ruining her own day rather than his.

I'd call that more "spoiled baby" acting.  She doesn't tell Juan he's a horrible singer, or all the things that make him so very unattractive to her.

I think the most unattractive thing to Karla about Juan is that he is not willing to support and "take care" of her as she had planned. He won't even consider it. He is focused on his business, which I think makes him an unsatisfactory candidate for this show (other than they look great together). He isn't ready to commit to a real relationship and she thinks that all she has to do is show up in all of her Karla-ness and the men will fall at her feet. Maybe for some fun, which is what it seems Juan wants, but not for the long haul. She is way too high maintenance.
