I can't keep track anymore. I mean there are proposals and then there are rings without proposals and proposals without rings because everyone deserves 2+ carats and . . .  But yeah, he did propose after the totally useless skydiving. Nothing says I want to marry you like forcing someone to do something they are terrified of. Maybe at the wedding they'll get covered in bugs in a closed coffin.

Couple thoughts on rewatch.

Justine called her son Satana. Yep, she dropped a few letters, making him Satan.

Justine's other son is Bentley. Shouldn't  she have name them all after luxury vehicles? Why isn't Manhattan Ferrari?

Did they ever think to discuss cross-adoption of the kids when possible?

Kimberley's big reveal that she is still married has been revealed previously. Sharp is running out of "secrets."

Daniel has been out of prison three days and had sex once. Night #2 was out because she was shitfaced.

Daniel "love(s) Bianca". Well, he did when she was the idea of Bianca. Now that he's around the real sucking vortex of need, not so much.

You mean Juju adopt Michael’s kids and vice versa? For that to happen, the bio dad of her kids and the bio mom of his would have to terminate their parental rights. I definitely don’t see Michael’s kids’ mom doing that; I think she is the custodial parent. Juju said her kids’ father wasn’t really involved with them but that doesn’t mean he would voluntarily sign away his rights.

Rewatching from the beginning, as I came in late on Friday night (was volunteering for our election. Vote!). Daniel and Bianca will never last. She wants a love slave to cater to her every desire and will threaten divorce every single time Daniel falls short. So much for timelines you impose, Bianca.

Don't you think you should have given up on Love's Sweet Dream, Kimberley? Two weddings aren't enough for you? You need to buy a THIRD poofy white dress, pay for food, flowers, the whole shebang, to marry a lazy ex-con who's allergic to work but addicted to spending your money? You are a child. An utter child.

Tennie can't be bothered to get out of bed and feed her family before they start their daily routine? Such a wonderful woman. Altho I think she might be able to find some kind of job fairly easily. Maybe not as a corporate CEO 😉. Rick seems to have a good head on his shoulders; we'll see how long that lasts.

I do like Louie but I hate Melissa and her annoying sister. They take Dad out to a birthday lunch, arrange for cake and a Happy Birthday singing, then Sister Melissa dumps her slice into a takeout container and leaves, taking Melissa with her? How incredibly rude to their father. Who is stuck making small talk with Louie and is old and frail and needs someone to look after him. Oh, and because it can't be said enough, that new nose is AWFUL.

And Kerok says he has a "lot of planning to do" now that the State of Texas isn't opening its loving and generous heart to a couple of ex-cons. Maybe you should have done that a little earlier, say, before you gave up your house and job? Then he says he hasn't worked in months...but it's only been a week or two since they got the bad news. What's that story? Therefore you had plenty of time to "plan" your move, dumbass. Elope? There's no elopement! Everybody moved away on you. You aren't running away from anyone! All you're doing is getting married.

And this is where I joined in on Friday night so my thoughts and observations are in the Live Chat.

I more pose this as something many couples discuss. I don't think Mike's children's mothers would give up custody. They took care of the children while he was in prison. While he does seem to be doing well in terms of staying out of trouble, they have no reason to want to hand over their kids to Juju. I have a hard time believing those kids live there when they're not filming.

But Juju's kids have been cared for by her mother at many times in their lives. Mother of the year tends to forget we first heard that about her. To me, it's a discussion that parents in blended families often have.

Also, unless they have specific legal rights, whether she leaves the kids to Mike or not, their bio dads could get involved. They are not thinking this through like adults. I know, what am I expecting from parents on LAL?

Bio dads always have legal rights, unless their parental rights have been terminated. They may not have any interest in exercising those rights, but they have them.

Doesn't Juju's mom live with them (and own the house with them)? Wouldn't she make more sense as some sort of secondary guardian than Juju's 19 year-old daughter?

In my sentence I was referencing if they agreed to give up their parental rights.  I know that with this not requested they have legal rights. Juju has never said much about the dads.

On the show they seem to be pretending that Juju's mom doesn't live with them, but I think she does. She would make more sense as a secondary guardian. She's older and previously took care of the kids.  Maybe she doesn't want to be on the show and Juju thinks the daughter makes for a better storyline. Besides, Juju seems to enjoy making her kids scared that something horrible will happen to her. So great to do that to children, especially to one who is autistic.

Juju is trying to sell herself as the great martyr that is willing to die for her as yet to be born child. Of course she was also hoping Mike would get a big hit and go on the road. She would accompany him and leave the kids behind. Mother of the year.
