The CGI on Dale and the wall made my skin crawl.

But I’m not sure why I even expected anything of use to come out of Tabitha’s return or that meeting because of course it amounted to nothing. Right now, Julie’s comment to Elgin about there being no point to what they’re going through and everything happening just to mess with them is a perfect summation of the show. So much happens yet everyone pretty much ends up in the same place and there’s little relevant change.

It always ends up like this.. Everyone turns on Boyd that he's not doing anything to help them get home but everytime he comes up with some plan they say he's crazy and dismiss him or someone ends up doing something stupid and dying and then they are all like "Please help us Boyd".

I feel like those things purposely left Randall alive. They didn't seem to rip his chest or limbs so don't know what their plan is with him..

I'm glad Fatima actually started speaking out about the baby. Just what frustates me about everyone, you're all stuck there in a small town, the least you can do is communicate and talk to each other. I get that you're scared and don't want to freak anyone out but geez..

This show is falling into the same trap that befalls shows like it. Lack of forward momentum to extend its run.

it has now been 2.5 seasons and the residents/captives are no closer to figuring out anything than they were episode one. Not to mention that we are supposed to believe that some of these people have been there for years even decades.

There needs to be some forward momentum, some “victory”, no matter how small, for our wayward town residents. It’s starting to get stale and repetitive. The monsters are evolving it seems but the people are not.

I completely agree with the argument that some forward progress needs to be made. All that’s happening so far is they’ve piled on more and more questions without resolving any one thing.
I REALLY hope this doesn’t go the way of Lost and end up being completely horrible at the end.
That all being said, I did get teary when Victor finally saw his dad. He’s such a sad, tragic character.

Agreed. There maybe some hope for answers this season. The last two episodes in S3 are titled- Revelations: Chapter One and Revelations: Chapter Two. So fingers crossed I guess...

That's why I only watch once the entire season is done now. Throughout the season at least a little bit happens. It's slightly less frustrating than watching them tread the same ground week by week.

I think they left Randall alive, so that he would tell everyone that Boyd sacrificed him. Of course that happened, after Randall finally started to be a team player, and to trust someone.  And this is another way those monsters can turn people against Boyd.
