Five minutes into the preview and I already can’t stand TigerLily! That baby voice and vocal fry makes Shekinah sound like a Rhodes Scholar. 

But I kind of liked the guy in a wheelchair.

Is it now a 90 Day trope that one must bring someone from afar, or go there, without a single serious conversation regarding, oh, silly stuff, like finances, sex, physical challenges of living with a disability, religion, and exclusiveness?  We haven't even met half the chuckleheads yet, and we're 5 of 5 (oh and criminal background, no biggie).  

Five minutes in, and I wanted to throw a pie into the screen to get TigerLily to stop talking.  That's the Skekinah kind of voice that makes me stabby. I think some of the air from her boob job went to her brain.  "Discuss finances?  That's just weird".  We haven't seen Adnan in action but he's either delusional, or looking for a ticket to the USA and a sugar mama.  I'd bet $$ on the latter.

I want to like Chidi (and his family), despite leaving out crucial information such as religion and implications on the sex Rayne expects.  This means that he, or his family, will be jerks.  Indeed, the previews show a Statler-caliber fight and flounce. 

I wanted to  like Brian, in spite of my suspicion early on that there was something more to the story, and so he said at the end.  Four times married is a matador's cape of a flag.  As much as I admire his finding a pastime with wheelchair rugby (who knew of such a thing?), he's a train wreck and so is his relationship.

Loren so reminds me of Christian (?), the one who went to London for Cleo (another trans woman).  He's #2 in annoyance, with Tiger Lily at #1.  He's a big, annoying, irresponsible man-child.  Dislike.

I don't know whether to be annoyed with myself for putting up with this dreck, or accept the wreck-a-licious of it all for the guilty pleasure it is.

When I saw him, and also Chidi playing blind soccer, I thought 'Paralympics!' Which BTW is going on in Paris as I type this and it's fucking awesome and y'all should give it a watch if you want to feel some serious inspiration!

Is TLC going for crazier and crazier Americans?? My rundown (which prob  will change):

Faith and Loren: LOVE her. Loren skeeves me out. Seems nice enough but she can do so much better than a man with no home who wants an open marriage. RUN!

Tigerlily and Adnan: Is she minus IQ points? I am surprised there were no issues with her age and his family. 

Veah and Sunny: She looks 35 if she's a day. Kind of dumb. AND looks nothing like the selfies she posts. Will he recognize her 🤔?

Brian and Ingrid: What is your story Brian? Why are you with Ingrid when you might still be married? 

Rayne and Chidi: I cannot watch this couple. She is nuttier than nuts and not in a quirky way. More like a hide the sharp knives kinda way. This one seems extra exploitive. His family seems so nice.
