Maybe people recognize her picture of Kevin and her pointing, etc. leads them to realize she wants to go where Kevin went? Though they used unwitnessed portals too, so I'm not sure how that's supposed to work -- how can someone lead her to a portal if they didn't see the Bandits use it? Link to comment
