S10.E04: Slow Roll and Stay in Control!

Dang. I was hoping for an NEL. Bye Johnny and Connor. 

I thought  that was so unfair. Kevin and Gurleen get U turned and they get to  choose another  team to U turn. Ugh!
They choose  the married couple.  The baseball players give the Express  pass to the twins. All teams are doing well, the Okanagan  looked lovely.  The bookstore  was on the same street,  where my aunts health store was. .
Kevin and Gurleen  are way too cocky , I hope they get lost in Regina.
It was  a fun leg, especially stomping the grapes.

I really don’t like that the u-turned team could choose another team to turn. I wonder if that was always the plan, or was decided when TPTB realized Kevin and Gurleen were the ones being u-turned (and hence, could create more drama).

I used to spend a lot of time in Penticton, so it was great to see that part of the Okanagan.

So sad that my fav team, Connor and John are gone. Also surprised that it was due to a memory challenge. Usually lawyers have great attention to detail.

I really have no use for Kevin and Gurleen. I do not know them from any other shows so have no idea their level of intelligence, but was shocked that Gurleen did not know novels that are fiction, not non fiction. OMG. 

I was surprised at the sequence of the challenges in this episode. They started in Penticton, then went 35 minutes south to Oliver. Then they returned to Penticton, then went north 15 minutes to Summerland. After finishing there, the racers went south again, driving an hour through Penticton and Oliver to reach Osoyoos. The days seem long enough without adding extra time by doubling back.

Ugh, when Kevin and Gurleen go, it will be a time to celebrate. I cannot abide by teams that are both mean and cocky. Kevin is just a jackass, and he knows it and revels in it. For that, he needs to go. Gurleen didn’t know the meaning of the word “fiction”, so for that, she needs to go.

I was really hoping that after they had that meeting on the beach that after Kevin and Gurleen chose Olivia and Julia to get the other U turn that Michael and Tyson would have walked over and handed the women the other express pass. It would have made for some amazing TV drama and would have really driven home how much every else hates K&G.
