So do we think "Sunny" is innocent? I am guessing solvine the case is Tess's next project.

I don't understand why the case of the week felt she needed to do anything but report the accident and death. She was driving her own vehicle, a stalker was there, she got into an accident, and the stalker died in the accident. It wwasn't a murder. She wouldn't have even been charged with anything, would she?

Probably not, she should have called the authorities to make sure the lady was dead.

The father on the other hand, destroying evidence, desecrating a corpse, lying to police, faking a death, and polluting a river with a motorcycle.

That's what I think too. The next case is going to be clearing her name and finding the real killer.
