Season Finale

As Ramona continues her attempts to recruit Thony into her business, Thony and Fiona work with the FBI to help Nadia. Meanwhile, the FBI starts organizing a plan to take down Ramona inside her own event. Then, Russo receives a terrifying warning from Sin Cara and Jorge gets news that could alter his alliances.

It came full circle Thony getting Arman and now Nadia killed. And why wasn't Fiona in the room when Nadia was hiding to make sure the kids don't go in there?

Be fair that was all on Nadia, she left the professionals with programs for disappearing people with Inspector Mary Shannon waiting on her. No pre escape plan just some city doesn't sound appealing  but I won't be notice taking advantage of an appealing city. Okay.

But then our FBI agent works alone and doesn't have help to cover his safe house so his protectee  can climb out of a window. I guess I'll check out the second hour later.

It was Thony not knowing she had a UC fed befriending her that Ramona thought it was Nadia snitching to the Feds, so it was Thony's fault Nadia is dead.

Everyone who is dead is Thorny's fault. I lost track of the body count. Still, she gets her U visa out of this along with all the other illegals whose arrival in the US she facilitated. Being an accessory to murder, including an FBI agent, and a human trafficker still gets her permanent residency with a hero's welcome which I find totally inappropriate even by Hollywood standards.

I'm done with this show for the above reasons. If it gets another season, I definitely won't be watching.

I written in the thread from a few episodes ago that Thony has gotten many people killed. Nadia and Arman, Garrett, that woman in Mexico (forgot her name) her ex-husband. And those are just the roles of people important to the show, then add henchmen that would've eventually be killed in there line of work but being around Thony spead that process up.

Yeah Thony is responsible for all the deaths on this show. 

Usually, the protagonist is a good person or hero but Thony is neither.  It is interesting that the showrunners decided to go away from the tried and true format.  Still, it's a head scratcher that Thony leaves a trail of dead bodies and all she has to say is I'll do anything for my "famileee" and everything is ok.  I can see all the mother's hearts out there melting away!  Awwwa!

 

By the way, I had a senior moment and forgot who Derek is.

He is the FBI agent right?

I far as I can tell Ramona started mentioning him in the last episode as her boss as she was not actually Sin Cara but just a boss around Las Vegas. So Derek was demanding the death of an undercover FBI agent and now for the next season we are back to another hood who knew Thony had turned before thinking that he can use her skill set.

Also, the hotel desk clerk whose body has apparently never been found and his absence somehow hasn't aroused the suspicion of any law enforcement agency.

This isn't the airport, you don't have to announce your departure, just leave.

The big problem was that characters in the finale were acting as if the knew they had plot armor. Chris in his banging on the doors could have saw him back on a plane to Manila and his girlfriend needing another rapist coyotes to get her back on a Las Vegas cleaning crew. 

And for some reason Ramona and I guess her boss Derek keeps Thony around so she can point out undercover FBI. As if somehow she would know all of the agents. 

Even more than after the first season, when at least Arman had some love for Thony and Luca for some reason we are left with Derek thinking that he can use her with a wildcard Jorge giving up parts of his organization as the tease for the next season.
