I haven't seen beyond this episode, but I have the feeling that Charmaine is going to die in childbirth, and Jack will decide to adopt the twin boys.  Then he and Mel will have two boys and a girl.

The moment the firefighter, Kaia, appeared, I figured that was Preacher's future love interest, but I didn't expect it to happen so fast.

I get Brie being upset that Brady lied to her about his relationship with Jeb, but throwing him out of the house? Doesn't seem rational to me.

There's so much I don't remember from previous seasons. Have we seen Barry the therapist before?

I like the fire fighter with Preacher but that was quick.  I thought it was a dream. 

Is Paige gone gone? She left time, but zan she show back up? Bakery still hers? Why bring her back at all. 

Oh no Jack, don't fake Nick's sister up on her offer.

So much to rag on in this show... One thing I did like though was acknowledging the CA wildfires. They typically don't bring in a lot or real world problems (seriously these characters have enough problems!) so I thought it was good to bring that in.
