Accurate trailer.  This movie is a whole lot of fun.

At one point the two sisters are fighting upstairs while their parents are downstairs.  I mean, fighting that splinters doors and leaves them bloodied, and when it dies down a little, the mother calls up to them, "I don't care who started it, come down here and..."  I totally believed their relationship as sisters.

I watched this last night, and had a blast!  It was so much fun.  Parts were a little out there, but it was a great ride.

A shame more people aren't seeing this, but it's quite fun, and the lead actress is terrific.

Finally got to see this;

I could have done with a lot less cursing, but yeah, this was fun. Yes, more female-centric action comedies, please!

A couple random notes: Wow, those were the UGLIEST school uniforms I've ever seen! I just hope there's not actually a school out there that makes girls wear those.

Thanks for this.  When I saw "presidential endorsement" I thought, Biden puts out a favorite movie list???  And Polite Society is on it??

I have to say Obama has pretty good taste in movies, by my standards.  I looked at his 2022 list, too, and in both years, the only ones he likes that I haven't seen are those that I couldn't see because hey didn't play where I was or I chose not to see for reasons unrelated to their quality.

Maybe Polite Society is the 2023 version of Emily the Criminal on his 2022 list.
