If I remember the spoilers correctly, there's no marriage license for Paul and Micah, although he sure seems to be all in for episodes 9 - 11. Zach & Bliss do have a marriage license, though. As we saw, Jackie bailed on Marshall even before the altar. Chelsea and Kwame went through with it, but I'll be really surprised if they're still together a year from now because he still seems like he's just going through the motions. Brett and Tiffany are the most solid couple.

Here's the initial Twitter thread released before S3 aired with spoilers for S3 and S4.

The thread is interesting if you'd like some behind-the-scenes details that didn't get shown...although some of the details don't play out quite like we've seen them on the show. 

The biggest possible spoiler variation is that it says Bliss and Zach didn't get married but the marriage certificate on file seems to indicate otherwise.  Spec is that they might have married after filming.  Plus, Bliss has been seen on Instagram with what looks to be a wedding band on.

I don't know if Chelsea and Kwame are still together or not but Zach posted an Instagram story that he eventually took down that had him hanging out with Kwame and jumping into a cold river (or lake).  The person filming clearly got Rocky in the shot so even if they're separated, it looks like they're still hanging out together.
