In this episode (2.6 "Chapter Fourteen") around 36 minutes in (on my HBO screen it shows the minutes remaining as about 19-20) there's a really short, dark scene (blink and you'll miss it) sandwiched in between two other scenes:

• Paul is giving his brother-in-law the 3rd degree about the stake out
• Then there's a really skinny elbow picking the lock⭐ with closed captioning saying: "DOOR LOCK CLICKING"  
• Then we see the courtroom scene in which the prosecutor interrupts to say to the judge that "something has come to my attention"(which is the gun in Perry's office safe).

⭐Looks like a skinny female arm (like mine) to me, 
     and apparently the chains are gone:
