Why Candiace and Chris insist on trying to be friends with people who don't like them is beyond my comprehension. Ashley wouldn't even know where I lived much less, be in my house. Ashley and Gizelle are just miserable humans, who are willing to do anything for a check. 

I know Candiace has a slick mouth on her, but I think she is probably one of the most genuine cast members and has a trusting heart. She really cared about Monique and Karen and that made the assault and subsequent drama that much more hurtful. 

I get the impression the Bassetts think if you're a decent person and show kindness and friendship, that it will be appreciated and reciprocated. I've been that person, and it really stings when you're blindsided by people you consider friends and have been good to. 

I've always liked Chris, and so far there are zero receipts, just people making much a do about nothing, and for what? Because they don't have their own stuff for the show? And Chris and Candiace are collateral damage? It's all disgusting. 

Gizelle's behavior is uglier than ever this season. This isn't the first time she's said nasty things about someone, but at least before it pertained to other Housewives, and she had Karen have been frenemies for years. I do believe Candiace that Chris has only ever been kind. This is all low, even for Gizelle.

Ashley is also beyond messy. She thinks because she's had to address her husband multiple times that all the other cast members have to as well. That's not the way it works sweetie. You married an old weirdo predator. Candiace did not.
