Carey March 27 Share March 27 Sucks about the players injury. All the best. Meanwhile, after a nice long break, back to March Madness. While my real bracket...well, I tore it despite the winner. The green bracket has been kind to me. However, I expect about a couple one seeds to fall before the weekend. Which is the norm most times (assuming they don't fall the weekend before). What will make that more probable than not is the teams remaining. No "Cinderella" this time Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8618956
mojoween March 28 Share March 28 Bama shooting eleventy million threes is all well and good, but going to be sad for them if they stop falling and their opponent scores 80+ like BYU is doing. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8619007
ebk57 March 28 Share March 28 Well, it was a fun season for the Terps. Sigh... 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8619022
Carey March 28 Share March 28 I guess Cal will have great success if the coach of all of the teams he faces were Pitino (and Self) 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8619145
Salacious Kitty March 28 Share March 28 Can't say I wasn't worried for Texas Tech (one of my elite 8 picks). Survive and play Florida. Good luck Red Raiders. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8619162
AimingforYoko March 29 Share March 29 This is the chalkiest tournament I can remember. Of the top 8 seeds, only St. John's didn't make it to the Elite 8. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8620260
Crashcourse March 29 Share March 29 Living on the east coast, there was a time when I could name every team in the Big East and ACC, then schools started switching to other conferences. Now, the transfer portal, has really spoiled college basketball for me, especially March Madness. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8620301
Carey March 30 Share March 30 While the following makes me a hypocrite, I'm not a fan of all the changes either. So many and in short order. I'll still hold to how I'd love to see a major change in the NFL (and in MLB) as it relates to franchises within divisions, conferences, and leagues. Change is inevitable. Probably no longer worth it to follow a school or even a player. Maybe for a year, but that's it. The only thing that doesn't really change is Blue Blood programs making it to End City 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8620688
AimingforYoko March 30 Share March 30 Is this the year we actually get 4 #1 seeds in the FF? Tomorrow will be a real test, Tennessee or Michigan St winning wouldn't be a huge shock. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8620689
Carey March 30 Share March 30 If it's A year to get all 4 Top Seeds into End City, it wouldn't be unprecedented. For what it's worth, it takes San Antonio being the host city for such a feat to take place Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8620692

Carey Monday at 03:43 AM Share Monday at 03:43 AM Amid the constant criticism toward the selection committee over the past couple of weeks, if not the past several years, I think it's fair enough to "respect" them this time around. There may have been questions in terms of the one seeds, and while it's fair enough... ...Saturday's Final Four will feature all four top seeds for the second time in 40 years. At the very least. Coincidentally enough, the last time that happened, the venue for the National Semis and the Tournament Final took place in San Antonio. Not only that, the dates on the calendar between 2008 and this season are a match. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8621647
Crashcourse Monday at 05:36 PM Share Monday at 05:36 PM I don't care about any of the final four, but I'll watch the games. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/12683-college-basketball/page/33/#findComment-8622004
