Why would Daredevil be in this, other than they want to bring the character back and don't have a live action vehicle for him? There was nothing to show Peter knew Charlie Vox before NWH and Daredevil doesn't fit in the world of Spider-Man, given the former's level of violence.

In the comics, DD and Spidey go together like peanut butter and chocolate. They usually either tone DD down or have Spidey appalled by ol’ horn-head’s tactics.

It is very weird that Marvel is explicitly positioning this as MCU canon when it breaks canon (or at least punches big holes in it). One: introducing Doc Ock makes it much weirder that Peter didn’t recognize an alternate universe’s Ock in NWH. Also, Scorpion, when Homecoming established that Gargan still hadn’t yet become Scorpion.

I’m a little confused about the pre Civil War setting. His costume before Tony found him, as I recall, did not look nowhere near that good. But the MCU does love retconning things.

The series is set in an alternate timeline where Norman Osborn becomes Parker's mentor instead of Tony Stark.

Kari Wahlgren as Aunt May Parker, Peter's aunt. Having recently lost her husband Ben, whose medical bills have left her in enormous debt. Even thinking about sending Peter Parker to the hospital when he falls ill after getting bitten by a spider, makes her pause at the cost.

Hudson Thames as Spider-Man / Peter Parker A 15-year-old who gained spider-like abilities after being bitten by a suspicious spider.

Cathy Ang as Pearl Pangan / Wave, Peter Parker's Midtown High crush. 

Grace Song as Nico Minoru, Peter’s friend and confidant at Midtown High. Nico is a recent transplant from Los Angeles to New York and lives with her foster mother, Susan O’Hara. (This is the same character that was a wizard in the Marvel's Runaways TV Series on Hulu.)

TBA as Jeanne Foucault / Finesse, a Midtown High student who is able to quickly learn skills, fighting techniques, and languages.

Eugene Byrd as Alonzo "Lonnie" Lincoln / Tombstone, Captain of the Midtown High School football team, hardworking, charming, humble, and impossible to hate, a kind heart and a good head on his shoulders. Tombstone was exposed to a chemical compound that made his skin rock hard and he starts a life of crime.

Zeno Robinson as Harry Osborn, Norman's son, outside, an affluent and fashionable teenager who, inside, feels isolated and secluded. While playing it cool, he is eager to find some friends.

Colman Domingo as Norman Osborn / Green Goblin, CEO of Oscorp, Norman offers to sponsor Peter Parker as a superhero 

and bestows upon Spider-Man a high-tech black-and-white suit.

TBA as Steven Jamal Hudak / The Scorcher, an arsonist who burns down Midtown High, the high school that Peter Parker attends. A former research chemist who wears a fireproof suit with built-in flamethrowers.
