Great combination of guests. Sir Ian McKellen is always great to watch and Stephen Merchant was so funny. His new series sounds interesting.

Man, I hope they slot this one in some time, because I love Stephen Merchant.  On the BBC America website, it exists only in its absence between episodes 4 and 6.

It was on Youtube in full but it seems to have been taken down since then, so now there are only the clips on the show's official channel.

It's scheduled on BBC America for Nov 26.  My uninformed guess is that this fall GN has scheduled two off weeks instead of the usual one, so BBCA did one off week and bumped Eddie to what would have been the usual off week of this week (which it is, because they didn't do a new episode on Nov 19).  I repeat, uninformed guess.

Stephrn Merchant sure can tell a story!  That one about The Boss was awesome.  I hope the Buckley/Redmayne production of Cabaret comes to Broadway.

I found this episode a bit meh, except for the Big Red Chair. The guests were totally game, so I think maybe the mix wasn't for me, though I've enjoyed everyone in other places.
